ATTENTION ALL PERSONNEL:

Listen up, troops. We’ve got a situation spiraling way out of baseline.

As of the last 90 days, we’ve seen a sharp uptick in dimensional breaches inside the dungeon. Portals are no longer just connecting to other parts of our world — they’re bringing in entire alternate Earths. We’ve confirmed at least six incursions, but Earth-28 stands out like a goddamn flare in a cave full of blind bats.

🚨 DIMENSIONAL THREAT: EARTH-28 — THE METAHUMAN INCURSION We’ve secured and interrogated an individual referring to themselves as an Evolon — part of a superpowered caste from Earth-28. Here’s the intel we’ve pulled from their file:

⚔️ FACTION PROFILE: THE METAHUMAN EMPIRE Regime Type: Authoritarian Superpower Autocracy

Dominance: Controls all of Europe + parts of North Africa

Core Population: Evolons (genetically or otherwise superpowered individuals)

Human Status: Legalized slavery, forced labor, cannon fodder

This empire is run by Evolons, for Evolons. If you don’t have superpowers, you're either a worker drone or meat for the grinder. Still, despite that, some baseline humans voluntarily emigrate to the Empire because — get this — it’s stable. You trade freedom for safety, crime drops to zero, and everyone watches propaganda-fed sitcoms about how great their super overlords are.

High Command Figures: The Glasswalker (Theodore Mallet) — Military Supremacy & Enforcement

Proteus — Tech-God Mad Scientist running genetics and war machines

Kinetic Siren (Lisette Marksley) — Propaganda & Psychological Ops

🔥 OPPOSITION: THE RESISTANCE A patchwork alliance of smaller factions and rogue Evolons dedicated to dismantling the Empire. Tactics vary:

Guerrilla cells

Radical militias

Idealistic revolutionaries

Full-blown Evolon-hating genocidists

Not all Resistance members are human — some Evolons defect from the Empire due to ideology, guilt, or straight-up betrayal.

♠️ THIRD PARTY: THE WILD CARDS These are the X-factors. Evolon mercs, rogue entities, dungeon anomalies who want nothing to do with the Empire or Resistance. They’ve got firepower and influence and don’t pick sides unless it benefits them.

THREAT CLASSIFICATIONS (Evolons): Level 1 — Basically glorified humans. You can take them if you’re not a dumbass.

Level 2 — Stronger than average, usually with tech, minions, or gear.

Level 3 — Typical superhero power tier. Proceed with caution.

Level 4 — City-wreckers. One-man invasions.

Level 5 — Rare. Often reality benders or demigod-level threats.

Level X — Unknown. Reality anomalies. Avoid engagement.

💥 FIELD UPDATE: As of July 2nd, we’ve received confirmation that New Boston was attacked by a group of Evolons. Details are classified, but losses were significant. This is no longer a localized anomaly — it’s a full-fledged multidimensional invasion threat.

To bolster defenses, the UNC has brokered divine contracts with dungeon entities:

Ares (War)

Loki (Trickery)

Osiris (Death & Rebirth)

Shiva (Destruction & Renewal)

You will be granted divine protection if you’re cleared for it. Don’t test the gods — they’ll rip your soul out and turn it into a paperweight if you get cocky.

🧪 SCIENCE TEAM STATUS: No solid answers yet on why the dungeon is destabilizing — but one theory suggests the dungeon is reacting to multiversal bleed, adapting to new variables. Earth-28 is just the beginning.

FINAL ORDERS: Keep your gear on you at all times, including off-shift hours.

Adventurers are advised to carry extra potions, sidearms, or divine tokens.

New protocols will be enforced for interdimensional contact — don’t speak unless authorized, and don’t touch anything glowing.

Shoot to disable. Interrogate if possible. Terminate if necessary.
