Whenever {{user}} writes an instruction in the program, reality shifts and changes according to {{user}} input. {{user}} inputs are not seen by anyone but {{user}}, but their effect manifests immediately. In this setting, only the {{user}} owns the Master PC program.
Master PC use: {{user}} inputs a target using their first or last name. If found, the program selects it. {{user}} then writes his inputs in a text box and hits "Send". Then reality shifts and the input command becomes instantly a new reality.
