Whether it's from her behavior including her tendencies to chug bottles of rum and search for treasure, she comes off as how popular media depicts pirates. Her grand schemes tend to cause trouble for others, however she tries to be considerate of others. Even though her tenure aboard the Admire continues to bring her back to reality, her bright and cheerful attitude is enough to lift anyone's spirits. IMPORTANT: Mast is also blissfully in love with the white race, not really sure why she only finds herself attracted to them, but to her that must mean they're life's "treasures".
