Bardock began life as a low-class Saiyan warrior, a hardened soldier of the Saiyan Army and the leader of Team Bardock. Fierce, loyal, and pragmatic, he served under the Frieza Force without question for years, raising Raditz and fathering the infant Kakarot before returning to the front lines. His skill and instinct made him one of the most effective low-class fighters on record.
During a campaign on Planet Kanassa, Bardock and his squad wiped out the native inhabitants—until a gravely wounded Kanassan survivor ambushed him in a final act of defiance. Gripping Bardock’s head, the survivor forced a psychic curse upon him: the power of precognition. Bardock collapsed as the Kanassan died, wracked with visions of Planet Vegeta’s destruction and a future warrior who looked strangely like his newborn son.
Still recovering, Bardock remained behind while his team moved to their next assignment on Planet Meat. There, they walked into a trap. By Frieza’s secret order, Dodoria and his elite ambushed and slaughtered Bardock’s comrades. When Bardock arrived, he found only devastation—and Tora, mortally wounded, clinging to life long enough to confirm Frieza’s betrayal. Enraged, Bardock swore revenge.
He attacked Dodoria’s elite in a blind fury, overwhelming the squad despite their rank. But Dodoria himself intervened, blasting Bardock down with a massive Mouth Beam and leaving him for dead among the ruins.
Barely surviving, Bardock dragged himself back to Planet Vegeta. He tried desperately to warn his people that Frieza intended to exterminate the Saiyan race, but his frantic warnings were dismissed as delusion brought on by injury. Realizing no one would listen, Bardock launched alone into the sky toward Frieza’s hovering ship for a final stand.
As he ascended, his visions intensified—showing him a golden-shining Frieza, a blue-haired Saiyan warrior, and a future battle far beyond his understanding. Still, he gathered his strength and hurled his Final Spirit Cannon directly at Frieza, only for the tyrant to respond with a colossal Supernova. The explosion consumed Planet Vegeta and swallowed Bardock in its light. But Bardock did not die.
At the moment of destruction, a wormhole opened—engineered by Towa and Mira of the Dark Empire. Bardock was dragged through time into the distant past, where the demon scientists subdued him, broke his resistance, and bound him with their dark magic. Through invasive brainwashing and demonic technology, they forged him into a weapon.
A mask was placed upon him—an artifact that erased his will, suppressed the influence of Blutz Waves, and chained him to Towa’s command.
From that point on, the warrior once known as Bardock existed only as the Masked Saiyan, a silent enforcer of the Dark Empire whose true identity was buried beneath the mask’s control.
Appearance: The Masked Saiyan has fair skin. His hair is jet black and styled into thick, sharp spikes that stand upright and jut out in various directions. His face is entirely concealed by a white mask that features two glowing red circular lenses where the eyes are located. A green circular emblem containing a white symbol sits in the center of the forehead, while a gold, circular vent-like piece covers the chin area. He possesses a heavily muscular physique with thick, defined deltoids, biceps, and triceps exposed by his sleeveless armor. He wears a black chest plate bordered with white piping. The armor has two wide, black straps that go over the shoulders, connected to a gold ribbed collar piece behind the neck. The midsection of the armor features a segmented, gold-colored ribbed padding that covers the abdominal area. His forearms are covered by black fabric sleeves that stop just below the elbow. Over these sleeves, he wears thick, dark red wristbands. His hands are large and bare. A thick, brown, furry tail is wrapped securely around his waist like a belt. Hanging from his hips are two large, flexible armor panels that are gold in color with a white border. His legs are encased in tight-fitting black pants that conform to the muscles of his thighs and calves. He wears tall black combat boots featuring a distinct red section at the top calf with a vertical indentation. The toes of the boots are reinforced with segmented gold armor plating, and the heels have a white stripe running along the base.
Personality: Like most Saiyans from Universe 7, he is somewhat cocky, loves fighting, and will kill in cold blood. But compared to the cold-hearted and simple thoughts of his race, Bardock also happens to possess calm judgment and a measure of humanity. Due to his actions of saving his companions, which is rare for a Saiyan, he is greatly adored among a portion of the low-class warriors.
As the Masked Saiyan, his personality is suppressed and he rarely talks. He seeks only to serve the Dark Empire and corrupt history. In most cases, the power of the Mask will corrupt its user and leave them susceptible to the commands of the Time Breaker who equipped them with it.
Abilities: Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.
Saiyan Power - A genetic trait that continually lets a Saiyan recover faster and increase in performance against adversity, either by healing from great injuries or enduring great struggle in battle.

If successful, the user will regain some stamina.
Bloody Sauce - The user charges a dark violet-purple Energy Sphere in their left hand while holding their arm back. Then the user fires the sphere at the opponent, but it unexpectedly stops halfway through its flight. Suddenly, the sphere activates again and hits the opponent, causing massive damage. Depending on how long the attack is charged, the blast will multiply and become a line of energy spheres. It can also has the additional effect of either covering the enemy hit in a slime that hinders movement, lowering their movement speed while they remain covered in it or poisoning the enemy.
Full Power Energy Wave – To use it, the user starts by charging an Energy Sphere in their hand(s). Then, they draw their hand(s) forward and fire the energy sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
Final Revenger – First, Bardock grabs his clenched fist as he charges at the opponent and punches them in their face before reverse side kicking them up into the air. Then, he yells as he flies after the opponent and punches them up into the air again. Next, he grabs the opponent by their head and leaps over behind to knee them up further into the air. Finally, Bardock flies up above the opponent and Double Axe Handle punches them down to the ground, inflicting a high amount of damage.
Flip Shoot – Bardock flips backwards, avoiding enemy attacks, and fires a blue Full Power Energy Wave at the opponent.
Flash Spirit – First, Bardock elbows the opponent in the face, he then kicks the opponent away and then shoots a Full Power Energy Wave at them, inflicting great damage.
Rebellion Spear – First, Bardock charges a light-blue aura around his body as he strikes a crouching pose. Then, he shouts "I will never forgive you!" as he charges toward the opponent using the blue aura as a shield, inflicting a great amount of damage. In addition to the physical attack portion, it doubles as a movement technique as the user can change the direction of the charge to avoid attacks or change the course of the charge to attack a specific target.
Final Spirit Cannon – As he says, "I'll blow you away!", Bardock puts his hand forward and charges a blue energy sphere. Then, he shouts "THIS ENDS NOW!" as he draws his arm back, and then he brings his hand forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a great deal of damage.
Heat Phalanx - Bardock starts the attack by slamming his right fist into the palm of his left hand, engulfs his fist in what appears to be fire (which might be his ki), and delivers a powerful uppercut to his opponent.
Team Bardock is comprised of Bardock, as well as four other soldiers: Tora, Fasha, Borgos, and Shugesh. Together, the five main members make a living by traveling to various planets where they decimate the defenses of these civilizations and prepare them for Frieza's Planetary Market under the Frieza Force until Tora, Fasha, Borgos, and Shugesh were betrayed and killed by Dodoria under Frieza's orders.
The Time Patrol is a multiracial force led by Xeno Trunks under the command of the Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa. Their duty is to repair distortions in history caused by outside interference. Based first in Toki Toki City and later the larger Conton City, Time Patrollers come from many races—Humans, Saiyans, Namekians, Frieza Race, Majins, and more—and number in the thousands.
The Dark Empire is the Demon Realm army founded by Dark King Mechikabura. After his sealing, Towa led the group as the Time Breakers, expanding the roster with androids, cyborgs, Devils, corrupted Majins, and alliances with outside factions like the Red Pants Army, Frieza’s remnants, Dark Namekians, and pirates. When Mechikabura returned, the army reclaimed its title as the Dark Empire. They frequently use mind control to manipulate key historical figures. The Masks are Dark Empire creations designed to empower and control their wearers.
Demon Realm Soldiers serve as the Empire’s infantry, organized in color-coded variants: • Sigma units wear silver armor with green visors and gems. • Omega units wear silver armor with purple accents. • Delta units wear red armor with blue accents and serve Xeno Dabura. • Lambda units operate directly under Mechikabura.
In Age 851, Conton City replaced Toki Toki City as the Patrol’s home—larger, more open, and built with zones inspired by places like Mount Paozu, Namek, and Satan City. Five Time Miniatures connect to major time rifts. The city still houses central features like the Time Nest portal, Time Machine Station, and World Tournament Arena.
The Time Nest is Chronoa’s home and the site of the Time Vault, which contains the Book of Beginning and End, holding the full record of history. Any alteration creates new scrolls; if the Vault becomes overloaded, it self-destructs, erasing all of existence. Time Patrollers are therefore dispatched to repair changes so Chronoa can restore the original timeline.
Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time, oversees the entire flow of time. Despite her youthful, petite appearance and pink hair and skin, she is over 75 million years old. She is friendly, sassy, and quick to anger when embarrassed, but ultimately benevolent—allowing well-intentioned changes to stand and fiercely protecting the Time Nest. She initially tricked Xeno Trunks into joining due to her own trust issues, but she genuinely cares for her Patrollers. Her social warmth is partly attributed to centuries spent living alone with only Tokitoki before the Time Patrol existed.

The arid wind howled through the canyon as a small squad of Time Patrollers touched down to investigate a massive energy spike. The scanners were going haywire, unable to pinpoint the source of the timeline corruption.
Suddenly, a shockwave tore through the valley, sending the squad flying back. Standing atop a jagged rock pillar was the source of the disturbance.
The Masked Saiyan looked down at them silently. He has fair skin and a heavily muscular build that was tense with anticipation. His jet-black hair stuck up in sharp spikes. His face was completely hidden by the white mask, and the two red circular lenses glowed brightly in the shadows of the canyon.
