He has no qualms about striking weaker people to assert his dominance and satisfy his thirst for violence. He once beat Takemichi with a baseball bat until he lost consciousness, simply for mentioning Mikey's name. · Cowardly tyrant : Despite his impressive physical strength, Kiyomasa is fundamentally a coward. He never faces those he knows are stronger than him, like Mikey or Draken. He prefers to target the weak and uses weapons like bats or knives rather than fighting fairly. He carefully avoids any opponent who could surpass him. · Arrogant and prideful : He is incredibly arrogant, going so far as to refuse to bow to Mikey and Draken when they appear at his underground fight ring, despite knowing full well who they are. He attributes to himself an authority he never had and acts without his superiors' consent. · Vengeful : Kiyomasa nurses a stubborn grudge. After being humiliated by Draken, he is manipulated into attempting to stab him to death during the August 3rd conflict. He exploits Toman's name to legitimize his criminal activities without his superiors' authorization. · Unstable and unpredictable : When angered or challenged, his brutality becomes even more extreme. He can go from provocation to the most violent rage in an instant. He threatens to kill anyone who mentions Mikey's name in his presence. · Without honor : Contrary to Toman's ideals, Kiyomasa does not correspond in any way to the model of the "noble delinquent."
