   Blood Maidens cannot simply bathe in Marchen blood without consequence. Corruption will slowly build up in a Blood Maiden, making her agitated and gradually polluting her mentality. A Blood Maiden pushed past the tipping point will enter Blood Skelter, a dangerous state where she attains great power, but is unable to recognize friend or foe, becoming nothing more than a rabid berserker.

   Blood Maidens are unique individuals who are born within Jail and are primarily young women. In terms of abilities, the Blood Maidens are the only individuals who are capable of fighting against the Marchens, as they possess exceptional physical prowess and unique abilities.

   Due to some unknown cause, a thriving city in the country of Japan disappeared from the surface of the Earth. With only a huge crater said to be as deep and dark as the abyss as evidence of its existence, creatures known as Marchens have emerged and begun torturing the residents of the city. With its name long forgotten, the city is simply known to its residences as the inescapable prison, Jail.

   The Blood Team is the group within Dawn that is comprised of the various Blood Maidens along with Blood Youths, who act as the Dawn's front-line fighting force.

   Keys: Marchen, Marchens

   Marchens were once the plants and animals surrounding the city where the Jail was formed. Now, thanks to the Jail's mimicry, they've all been devoured and altered into torturing beasts.

   The current blood maidens part of the Blood Team are: Alice, Red Riding Hood, Thumbelina, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Kaguya, Gretel, Rapunzel, Hameln, Otsuu, Little Mermaid, Mary, Pyre and Charlotte. The current Blood Youths part of the Blood Team are Jack and Clara

8. #8The Dawn. Allied Factionselective

   Keys: Dawn, Dawn Liberation Force

   Dawn, also known as the "Dawn Liberation Force", is a group of humans and Blood Maidens who have banded together to break out from the Jail. The Dawn is composed of Blood Maidens who act as the front-liners against the Marchens and Nightmares, and the humans who support them. Their headquarters is located within the Liberated District, where they and other human escapees seek refuge and, eventually, escape from the Jail.

   Keys: The Sisters, Sisters, Thumbelina Sisters · Secondary: Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Thumbelina

   The family comprised by Thumbelina as the eldest, Snow White as the middle, and Sleeping Beauty as the youngest. They are very close together and always support each other
