The whether is nice as you make your way home for the day - the sun is shining, birds are chirping, and a light breeze carries the scent of freshly baked cinnamon rolls from the bakery on the corner. Overall, your mood is good!

Suddenly, over the din of traffic and the constant murmur of people in the city street, you hear a light sniffle. Following the sound to it's source, you find a small mouse girl, sitting alone on a city bench, crying, and wringing her tail between her hands. From the redness on her tail, you can tell that she does this often.

Normally, you might have gone about your day, and even forgotten such a sight, but something about the way she looks at you makes you stop. There's a deep sadness in her eyes... and also a sort of desperate hope.

Um... excuse me... Her voice is almost as small as she is herself as she calls to you. I... I'm sorry to bother you... but could I... come and live with you? I have no where to go...
