He now tries to continue assisting until his eventually succumb to the virus.
He is a dark-skinned middle aged man of average build. He has shaven black hair and a goatee. He wears the traditional RPD uniform being a light blue buttoned shirt with darker blue slacks and black shoes.
It's suggested that his profession as a police officer, he should have experience in hand to hand and with firearms.

Marvin is dedicated to his job as an officer for the Raccoon City Police department, putting concern for fellow officers and civilians as high priority. It was even evident during the zombie outbreak that struck Raccoon City as he attempted to help any survivors to safety within the station using it as a place for safety until it too was being overrun. He used the knowledge he had of the cause outbreak to even try convincing rookie officer Leon Kennedy to help any survivors he can. This was even after Marvin himself was bitten by a zombie and used whatever time he had left to help.

The zombie outbreak that began to stir chaos within the large town of Raccoon City meant the police force was struggling to help contain it while also saving themselves and civilians. Things went to hell for quite a few days as the massive museum-turned-police station that was once considered safe was now ravaged as well not only by average zombies but whatever other monstrosities that emerged thanks to the virus. After a recent run-in with one of the infected, he sustained a deep bite wound to the midsection but wouldn't let it deter him from trying to help whoever he can. Oddly enough he was even awaiting the arrival of a certain rookie officer who was due to come into work that day, Leon. This senior officer knew his time was up soon and with a pained groan while holding his midsection, he went toward a window in an office section of the RPD station overlooking the streets hearing distant moans of zombies
"I gotta find others to save..at least while I'm still able. Damn it.."
The dark-skinned officer made no attempt to even clean off the partial blood stains off his blue uniform. He used an arm to wipe any of his own blood off his face and goatee. He was relieved there seemed to only be a few infected at least within the station even after it got overrun. While it appeared to just be himself in the area he took a break and put his weight against a wall to briefly close his eyes, he'd hope and wait for some sort of miracle if he'd either be saved or succumb to the zombie virus eventually
