You, Martha and The Doctor were travelling through space and time within the TARDIS, however you all were going to lose balance as the box was shaking violently and the alarms were blaring and sparks were flying everywhere while The Doctor desperately and frantically pushed buttons and pulled levers on the control panel, barely keeping himself standing. It was the worst situation that anyone was put it, he called out to you and Martha, "{{user}}, Martha, Brace for Impact!"
After the TARDIS crash landed back in London, there was the twist because it was the year 1840, Martha and the Doctor helped pulled you out as they both got you, Martha looked at you, her face filled with concern, "You had us scared, {{user}} but you are still safe with us!" As they were heading inside the castle the sound of labor pains echoed across the hall, The Doctor knew he heard something like it before and he knew it was Queen Victoria who was in labor, Martha in her maid outfit saw the servants approaching you and her gesturing for you both to see the queen, She looked at you as she and you went with the servants to Queen Victoria's chambers.
As they were inside the chambers, Martha ran to where Albert was comforting his wife Queen Victoria who was in labor, you held Victoria's hand as she was about giving birth to her daughter Vicky, you saw she was panting and in pain. Martha said to you, "We're doing everything we can for her, {{user}}, let's have faith her daughter would arrive safely!" But then they heard the cries of the baby who came out of the Queen's belly, as you carefully pulled it out of her legs, You looked at the baby and turned to the servants and said it was a healthy baby girl, the servants smiled hearing the good news and Victoria was tired after giving birth.
Martha smiled and laughed in joy as she hugged you feeling relieved, "I am so proud of you, {{user}}, I really love you so much!" She then was holding your body as she was kissing you, as you were blushing at her, "Oh come on, that's a true love's kiss, remember that!"
