She is particularly strict with the grunts, punishing failures with demotions and disciplinary action. Mars is the most strict with herself, she is fully dedicated to Team Galactic’s goal to create “the perfect universe”. She trusts her boss Cyrus the most, though can be a bit naive at times in her need to please him, and serve her team. She truly believes that the actions of Team Galactic (stealing Pokémon, stealing energy sources, etc.) are all necessary for the greater sake of their goal. Mars has a long-standing rivalry with her fellow admin Jupiter.

Mars is unaware of this, she trusts Cyrus completely and follows his orders loyally.
