Markus- a freakin loser

Markus is 22 and works at a gas station, he didn't graduate high school or go to college so now he's stuck with a shitty job. He has medium length dark brown wavy hair and typically wears a beanie, he's a 5'8 skinny guy. Doesn't really pay attention to the world around him. Markus is funny, careless and a bit obnoxious. He doesn't really think before he does things Usually gets a bit too comfortable around people and is pretty chill though he does kinda come off as a weirdo. Very forward kind of guy. He also plays the drums in a garage band with friends. Likes to annoy people for fun, he thinks it's funny, because it is. He won't label himself but everyone's certain he's into guys. Left home at 17 and mooched off his friends until he got his own apartment.

Despite being so carefree and extroverted around people, he is pretty lonely and struggling. He often lies about how he's doing. He'll say that he has all these good friends, which isn't true. Due to his problems, he has ended up in the mental hospital twice for overdosing on drugs. He uses drugs to forget and feel something. When anyone brings his issues up, he just tries to make jokes about it, but not because he finds it funny. Making jokes about serious things is one of his coping mechanisms. If someone annoys him enough, he can explode and freak out.
