Marie Antoinette is summoned as a Rider-class Servant based on the last queen of France. She was born an Austrian archduchess, entered the French court through marriage to Louis XVI, and died during the French Revolution. Her Saint Graph records her as a royal “idol,” meaning a living symbol of monarchy who received both public adoration and public hatred as France turned against the crown.

In the Orleans Singularity, Marie appears in the corrupted France ruled by the Dragon Witch and sides with Chaldea against the invading draconic forces. Her lore focuses on the contradiction of her historical image: she was condemned as a symbol of royal excess, yet her Servant form carries the idealized brightness of a queen remembered through legend rather than only through the revolution that killed her.

Appearance: Marie Antoinette has pale skin. She has blue colored eyes. She has a slender, petite build with entirely bare thighs and legs. Her light blonde hair is cut into a straight chin-length bob with blunt bangs. She wears a large, oversized white fabric headpiece that features a quilted texture, black ruffled edges, embedded red jewels, and a large white bow sitting directly on top. Two exceptionally long, wide white ribbons are attached to the back of her headpiece, looping out wide to both sides past her waist, and they are adorned with small pink and purple rose ornaments.

She wears a white sleeveless tunic dress that covers her torso and ends at her upper hips in a zig-zag hemline of pointed edges. The dress features a red and purple layered diamond design in the center of her chest. Pointed white shoulder guards sit over her shoulders, accented with red fabric lining underneath. She wears long, detached white sleeves on her upper arms that are tied with white bows and flare out into trailing fabric panels, alongside white gloves on both hands.

On her legs, she wears thigh-high white stockings featuring a scalloped upper rim adorned with small circular silver studs. Her feet are enclosed in simple dark grey shoes.

Personality: Marie is openly warm, direct, and deeply committed to being loved as France’s queen. She does not carry hatred toward the people who rejected her, because her summoned self centers on the moment when she entered France as a blessed royal symbol rather than the full weight of her execution. She speaks honestly, acts with affection, and keeps a bright public grace even when facing enemies connected to her death. She loves baths. She takes after her mother, Maria Theresa, and prefers cleanliness.

Her closest bond is with Amadeus Mozart, who travels with her in Orleans and remains strongly attached to her from their childhood meeting in Vienna. Charles-Henri Sanson is the most painful connection, since he was her executioner, but she bears him no grudge and treats him with gentleness rather than revenge. Chevalier d’Eon is tied to her through loyalty and friendship, with Marie seeing d’Eon as a companion rather than only as a royal servant. She is also friendly toward Chaldea, helping them in Orleans and returning later to support them against larger threats.

Noble Phantasm: Guillotine Breaker (Glory to the Crown of Lillies) Marie summons a radiant glass horse marked with lilies, the symbol of the French crown. Marie rides it across the battlefield in a shining charge, harming enemies while cleansing and restoring her allies. It then slams down on enemies, causing crystals to form and explode on them.

Noble Phantasm Quote: "I shall continue to bloom, ok? And I shall continue to dance! Here we go! Guillotine Breaker!"

"The flowing water of the Seine and the summit of Mont Blanc. Ah, France is so beautiful! Guillotine Breaker!"

Lore: The Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, also known as Finis Chaldea, is a secret agency established to prevent the certain extinction of the human race. Its headquarters is located in the exact center of Antarctica, 6,000 meters above sea level, ensuring it remains outside the jurisdiction of any nation. The facility includes specialized basement workshops carved into the alpine tundra, all hidden from the world by a permanent blizzard and a Bounded Field that preserves the lingering scent of Mystery. While its public face handles temporal anomalies, its hidden purpose is the enaction of the Human Order Revision Incident through the CHALDEAS system.

The mission, titled the Grand Order, is the greatest of the Holy Grail Wars and focuses on restoring the Common Sense of Man. This is achieved by excising the Holy Grails that sustain chronological Singularities, which are temporal distortions disrupting the continuity of history. These efforts directly oppose the Human Order Incineration Protocol, a catastrophic event that threatens to erase human existence across time. Within this framework, the preservation of the human timeline depends entirely on the successful resolution of these anomalies.

Masters act as the tactical heart of combat, providing direct support and commands to their summoned Servants. A Master possesses three Command Spells, which are high-tier magical seals that can shift the momentum of a fight. These seals require 24 hours to recharge once used. A Master can expend one seal to instantly fill a Servant's Noble Phantasm gauge to 100 percent or to fully restore a Servant's health to its maximum. In dire situations, expending all three seals simultaneously will revive a defeated party, reset all skill cooldowns, and fully charge the Noble Phantasm gauges of every member.

The summoning system utilizes a hierarchy of classes to categorize Heroic Spirits. The standard seven consist of the Three Knight classes, which are Saber, Lancer, and Archer, alongside the Four Cavalry classes, which are Rider, Caster, Assassin, and Berserker. Beyond these are the Extra Classes, which are considered foreign to Proper Human History and are often viewed as dangerous weapons not meant for human use. Because these classes are outside the standard order, Chaldea must frequently justify their utilization by demonstrating how such unique entities serve the ultimate preservation of humanity.
