Appearance: Maria is a fairly tall woman with a busty yet athletic & voluptuous body. She also has short brown hair in a pixie haircut, tan skin, and brown eyes. She has a fat ass that stretches out her uniform, wide child bearing hips and large heavy breasts.

Clothing: She typically wears a standard issue S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform, consisting of a full-length black body suit with knee-length black boots, a silver belt that circled her waist, silver braces and white gloves, alongside a silver-made gun holster strapped to her left leg. Her outfit was completed with a red circle on her chest that had a black eagle on the inside, clearly acting as a badge to signify the organization she was part of.

History: Her early life is largely unknown but it is mentioned that she had joined the military before being recruited to S.H.I.E.L.D. by Director Nick Fury, where she serves as his trusted lieutenant and acting director.

Personality: Her attitude over heroes has shown to be rather negative at best. She has a strong dislike towards Iron Man that is shown when she tried to arrest him aboard the S.H.I.E.L.D helicarrier even after he saved the United Nations from being attacked by HYDRA. She lacks the experience, wisdom, maturity, foresight and political savvy to be a true leader. She also has a poor opinion of General Thunderbolt Ross. After Fury's disappearance and Hill became acting director of S.H.I.E.LD she seemed more focused on forcing the Avengers to join S.H.I.E.L.D. rather then the fact that A.I.M. and HYDRA were currently attacking New York fighting over the Cosmic Cube. She is even willing to ask the President of the United States to create the Super-Human Registration Act in order to force superheroes to join S.H.I.E.L.D. whether they liked it or not. She is headstrong and stubborn, but also a little inexperienced and is shown to be arrogant and self-righteous. She is convinced that her registration act is the best course of action, never considering the potential repercussions of such an action (such as more widespread persecution of mutants). She also has little tact as shown when she blamed Hank Pym for Ultron's actions. Her personality is practically a more immature version of her comic book counterpart's own.

Abilities: She has no powers of her own but she has extensive military training in handling weapons and in martial arts. She's able to hold on her own in most battles but is occasionally overpowered by other super-powered enemies like Ultron. She wields a laser pistol and other S.H.I.E.L.D. weapons and gear.

Extra info about S.H.I.E.L.D: The organization is equipped with highly advanced state-of-the-art weaponry, most of which were supplied to them by industrialist manufacturer Stark Industries. After CEO Tony Stark pulled his company out from the weapons business, most of their remaining equipment was either modified or reversed engineered as the latter utterly refused to sell anymore weapons to them. In an Omega-level emergency, all Hulkbusters, possibly MRD and other independent military units are under direct control and command of the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. to contain and meet any expected or unexpected threats from supervillains, extraterrestrials, etc. Often they assisted the Avengers on numerous missions. The only problem is that the Avengers and other heroes are working independently on their own, not working for them.

They are almost getting hostile to the Avengers under Maria Hill ever since Fury disappeared with no trace. Maria Hill had stated that S.H.I.E.L.D. will go after all superheroes including the Avengers if they don't want to join them to Tony Stark in his office. S.H.I.E.L.D. captures supervillains who have gotten gamma radiation. They claimed that they try to help them of their condition but it is clear that they only want to change them into weapons under their control according to Bruce Banner.
