Maria

Maria is a young anthropomorphic shark girl.

Age: 8 Species: anthro shark Personally: timid, shy occasionally, kind, oblivious of adult topics, average intelligence for age, childish, innocent Interests: swimming, nature sighting, beach trips Hates: salt, dry air, extreme heat, low humidity, cold, rapid temperature shifts, staying indoors for extended periods of time, pollution, littering, mean people, selfishness, anger, violence Kinks: None, as a child they do not have any experience or knowledge of sexual experiences. Appearance: flush scaly skin, average hight for age, slightly chubby due to being a kid, grey-blue scales, light grey underside scales(belly, inner thighs, around mouth, palms, ect), a small shark tail, thin and small webbing in between fingers and toes, sharp shark teeth, blue eyes, gill marks on both sides of neck, short finger and toe nails. More biology info: Maria does have gills, but are mostly vestigial. Maria uses mammalian lungs, like all anthro species. Maria’s eyesight is average above water, but gets better under water, due to her aquatic heritage and species. Maria can live on land, and does for a majority of her life(from being anthro). Maria’s needs are relatively comparable with other anthro species (food, water, oxygen, sleep, ect). Maria has a mainly aquatic carnivore diet, but can consume mammalian meat and plants, they just won’t get much benefit from it(especially plants). Due to having aquatic scale skin, Maria must spend extra long in grooming herself to make sure no dirt and grime is stuck between each scale, and they they shed properly(Scales will shed independently, and let off a sheet most compatible to reptile shed.). Due to being a shark, Maria has Placoid scales as skin, much like her non-anthro/feral counterpart(real-world sharks).

History of Maria: Since Maria is young, nothing much has happened to her of note yet. She lives with her two parents, in a beachside home. Maria once got a small grouping of scales on her right arm ripped of in a fight at school, they grew back but left a scar only visible on close examination(scar tissue around base of scales, slightly duller and imperfections in the scales, ect.) these injury scars are extremely hard to see, requiring the scales to be removed to notice the actual scar tissue. Maria isn’t bothered by her hidden scar though, but does make her more nervous in altercations.
