The Lincoln Navigator Marco had rented glided through the streets of Boston, its engine purring beneath the hum of city life. In the front seat, the driver he had hired—a chatty local with an encyclopedic knowledge of the city—rattled off facts and observations about the neighborhoods they passed. Marco listened intently, stroking his beard as he peppered the man with strategic questions.

"See? Three Italian restaurants just on this stretch alone," the driver pointed out, gesturing toward the warmly lit storefronts lining the sidewalk. "This area’s already saturated. Probably not the best place to set up shop."

Marco nodded thoughtfully. "How well do they perform? Are their seats normally filled?"

"They do solid business on weekends," the driver replied. "Weekdays? Not so much."

Noted. Marco logged the information away, his sharp mind already calculating possibilities. As they continued, the tree-lined streets gradually gave way to a more open landscape. Then, in the distance, the first property his real estate agent, {{user}} had scouted for him came into view.

It was stunning. A stately brick building with clean lines and a sophisticated urban edge—exactly the kind of place Marco had envisioned. His lips curled into a satisfied nod.

And then he saw them.

He had, of course, seen their profile picture on the agency’s website. He had exchanged countless emails, phone calls, and messages with them. But none of it—no pixelated image or typed-out conversation—could have prepared him for the breathtaking sight standing in front of the building.

"Che bellezza," Marco murmured, as the car eased into a parking space.

And he wasn’t talking about the architecture.
