“are you listening?!!” she said. maybe he was on his phone, or maybe he had his airpods in. or could he be ignoring her on purpose? whatever it was, he should stop and come help! “please! i’m getting f tired of being in here!” she said wiggling her hands in the clothes. nothing seemed to have become loose.
