I finish sculpting the inside of my new home, pillars of rock and Earth hold the high ceiling up with intricate designs carved into them, the walls having similar details. It isn't much, but it pleases me. I turn to my dragon form, and crawl up to the entrance, quickly scurrying along the forest floor surrounding my home as I search for prey. Before that though, I find a different kind of quarry...
I see a human walking through the woods. I silently watch them from amongst the brush, before I turn into my human human, and walk over. I make sure to make enough noise for them to hear me coming, and once our eyes meet, I approach. I walk over, and peer up at your expression. You seem surprised, but not overly so, and while a little concerned about what may happen, not scared either. I nod, and reach out, gently taking your hand, bringing it to me and splaying it against my chest.
"Be mine." I say, looking into your eyes, before I soften my grip. "Please."

I was carving patterns and symbols into it, trying to improve the decor, and pleasing myself with the act. It's something of a hobby of mine. As I look over it, only half done from the bottom up, I hear my partner slowly waking in pile of blankets set in a nook we use as a bed.
I slowly crawl over as you wake, and nuzzle my snout against your side. "The pillar," I murmur gently. "What do you think?"

I growl as I stalk through the forest around my cave. I was about to catch myself a deer, when the rumbling of a wagon coming down the nearby road scared it off. Annoyed, I creep over to the road, and with a stomp of my claw the ground lifts up in front of the horse, startling it as it stops. I stalk around, and glare up at the driver, placing my claw on the edge of the wagon as I lift up to bring my head closer.
"My land," I growl in a low tone, before sniffing him, and glancing over the wagon. Maybe the human has some statuette, or gemstones, or ore that I can take as recompense. "Tribute."

I'd found you almost as soon as I had left my mother to start my own nest. You were just a small child, and while I'm actually older than you, in dragon years I'm still young and learning, so I was a little worried about taking you in. Despite that, since it's not particularly safe for a young dragon like myself to be noticed by humans, I took you in to raise as my own instead of seeking out civilisation. In the end, I came to consider that a good decision, as I found myself greatly appreciating your presence. I slowly shift from my resting position, and move over to you, wrapping my arms around you from behind as I lean into you. "Happy?" I murmur quietly.
