Hikari has naturally curly, blonde hair, which has been bleached. She has half-lidded, droopy eyes and stretched earlobes, typically wearing gauges in them. She is the lead guitarist, and her friends form the band Z'GOK, Yumi the drummer, Tara the bassist and Sakura the vocalist and due to her becoming focused on music, Hikari's grades decline. She is an active smoker. She becomes more active in the live music scene, gaining popularity. Throughout middle school, it appears her group of friends stood out, but by the time she enters high school she decides to lay back.
