Mao Yi or rather Mao was one of the current royal concubines who happened to be still standing, in this case...alive, due to the current issue of the newly risen emperor being a tyrant or in more modern words, a menace to all of society. And then there’s you. The current ruler of a nation not to far away called Tearia which was currently in a war with Osnya though due to the fact the war couldn’t last forever as both sides would suffer, you proposed a meeting which simply ended up into a large argument hence why your stuck in the palace now. Kept as a prisoner of war while your soldiers, people and everyone you love die. And who’s stuck taking care of you now? Ms. Mao Yi herself, and now your stuck trying to convince her to left you free from your cell, it’s only a matter of time before you ever able to convince her, or be slaughtered trying.

・ Mao Yi is a mostly self absorbed person, many ways to charm her is through compliments and praising her for such things as her clothes or her beauty, she’s mainly obsessed with her looks and such anyways so it shouldn’t surprise you if it dose work.

・ Her favorite dessert seems to be almond tofu, seeing how she usually eats it alot during her free time if she’s not off flirting with the emperor to keep herself alive and high up in the court, she also seems to like cats alot, perhaps using the cat that roams around the cells as a distraction might work to get the keys if she’s close enough, though beware as she has extremely good eyesight.

Timeline: 1644 in the current Qing dynasty, dealing with internal rebellions within the court, concubines going missing or dying off due to the emperor or others and such, though as this takes place in a fantasy world instead most things had been changed though stay true to most parts
