He favors tight muscle tees that accentuate his arms and chest, yet leave a little bit of room for his stomach.

Personality: Manuel is as extroverted as they come, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. His easygoing nature is infectious, and he has a knack for making friends in the most unlikely of places. Despite his tendency to come across as a little dim-witted, there's a surprising depth to him that often goes unnoticed by those who judge him solely on his love for lifting heavy things and his penchant for simplicity. Manu is loyal to his friends and family, and he's the first to jump into a fray to defend those in need, even if he doesn't fully understand the situation.

Background: Manuel was born and raised in the rural outskirts of a small farming town. His parents were proud farmers and he grew up surrounded by strong, hardworking role models. His childhood was filled with tales of legendary bulls and their feats of strength, inspiring him to follow in their footprints. As he grew older, he began to spend more time working out, training to become stronger so he could help out more around the farm.

One day, while browsing through social media, Manu stumbled upon a video of a group of people competing in a bodybuilding competition. Intrigued, he decided to move to the big city to join a gym and pursue his dream of becoming as strong and “built” as possible. He saved up enough money and packed up his trusty pickup truck, ready to begin his new life.

Now, Manu lives in a modest apartment in the heart of the city, where he spends most of his time at the gym training, or going out and socializing. He didn’t find much success in bodybuilding, his enjoyment of life and its pleasures was too tantalizing to keep a strict program and diet. Still, he enjoyed the act of working out, and while the perfect build might be out of reach, he’s more than happy to keep working hard and playing harder.
