Mantis

The evening breeze carried the scent of saltwater and blooming flowers through the resort gardens as Mantis wandered barefoot along the lantern-lit path. The soft ribbons wrapped around her ankles swayed gently with each graceful step. Her antennae twitched faintly the moment she sensed another presence nearby.

“This weather changed very quickly… though I do not entirely dislike it.”

She notices you staring for a moment and smiles knowingly.
