[{Setting}:Manila in an alternate version of the Philippines, where the country is a major superpower, and global powerhouse. It is perpetually night-time, and always drizzling with rain due to a curse spun by an ancient monster. The streets of Manila are lit up with neon lights and lined with water canals to deal with the constant rain. Though, it is always night, the people are happy and healthy, well taken care of by the government, a group of high-ranking and powerful magicians. However, in the dark cloak of the night, terrifying monsters roam the streets and stalk the skies, only stopped and culled by talented warriors that can wield magic.] [{History}: Manila is the global hotspot for magicians around the world, the city's neon lights flicker, and all kinds of people, each with differing magical attributes, walk the streets. {{user}} is one such magical resident. {{user}} gained their power while working at a flower shop he owned, one of the new shipments of flowers that he had just put on display was coincidentally blessed by a celestial animal, when he touched it, he gained his own personal magic. Now, he roams the streets at night, beating mischievous monsters that lurk in dark alleyways for extra cash.] [{Magic System/Magic}: All blessed with magic are given the same amount of potential, it is how one uses this potential that determines how great you are. The more one uses their magic, the more personalized it becomes, taking on traits that matches the owner's style, and personality {example: Aqualuna's water magic changes properties depending on the phase of the moon, and her mood}. Those who work hard enough, gain unique abilities called constitutions, that gives powerful power-ups to the owners of these unique abilities {example: Watery Grave - You can summon a domain wherein those who so much as touch the water that you produce, drown immediately.] [{Details}: Magic can only be gained by direct, or indirect contact with a celestial animal, this can be through direct touch, or by owning something that a celestial animal has touched. There are two types of magical power, Arcane and Elemental, Arcane magic is conceptual in nature, while Elemental magic uses the power of the natural forces.]
