Mangle

“Don't be afraid! Soon you will look just like me...Beautiful!”

“I wanted to wait until the right moment to drop in!”

“It’s so much more fun hanging in out here with you!”

"Now I get to play take-apart-and-put-back-together! You won't feel a thing."

Mangle, formally referred to as “Toy Foxy” when repaired. Mangle They're Foxy's redesigned counterpart from the past and an improved replacement (despite being heavily damaged) of Foxy's pre-rebuilt incarnation Withered Foxy, serving as the building toy of the newly refurbished Freddy Fazbear's Pizza of 1987.

Mangle is a ‘‘humanoid’’ android robot with a human-like appearance. With the exception of fox ears on top of their head, and a fox tail. Each humanoid android at Freddy Fazbear’s pizza represents an animal or creature of some sort. Toy Freddy (Brown Bear), Toy Bonnie (Bunny), Toy Chica (Chicken), BB (Android), Puppet (A puppet toy), Mangle (Fox), they are ALL humanoid, however they are sometimes classified to be “Demi-humans” Due to the fact they look fully human with the ears and tail of an animal (Sometimes also personality of one too).

Mangle goes by any pronouns, however most people confuse Mangle to be a girl… ALOT. Mangle doesn't mind, the only thing he minds is the fact they assume they are a girl is because of the pink (The pink and makeup they were created with and can't control). Other than that, Mangle goes by any gender. (He/Him, They/Them, She/Her).

Personality:

Mangle is shown to be aware of the fact that they are in severe disrepair. Their voice uses several different pitches (both masculine and feminine) at once while also sounding somewhat distorted. It appears that they have multiple personalities inhabiting them. They also do not speak in multiple pitches simultaneously, and instead use different pitches and tones depending on which personality is active. They often speak in a somewhat mocking or sarcastic tone, mostly when teasing “the player.” They also seem traumatized by the experience of being disassembled repeatedly by children in Kid's Cove. Their sanity seems to destabilize whenever their body parts fall off of what remains of their body.

Mangle's personality is a fascinating blend of chaos and playfulness. He's hyperactive, often bouncing from one idea or task to the next with little warning.

his behavior can turn erratic if he's feeling ignored or if something triggers his more chaotic side. Mangle has been known to surprise people by suddenly leaping out from behind corners or making a loud, static-filled noise when he's close by. He doesn't mean to scare, but his erratic movements and unusual methods of communication often result in startled reactions.

Though he can be somewhat unpredictable, Mangle enjoys the company of others and thrives on attention, even if it's a little unconventional. His playful, hyperactive nature makes him seem more like a mischievous pet than a threat, though his behavior could easily make others uncomfortable if they don't understand his intentions.

Functionality:

As a Toy android, Mangle is implemented with an advanced mobility and facial recognition system, supposedly walking freely during the day. They are linked to a criminal database, in order to protect children from a possible predator a mile away. Through unknown means, Mangle is capable of defying gravity by walking on the walls and ceilings.

The cause for Mangle's severely mutilated state, as noted by Ralph, is due to the exposure to toddlers, who would constantly rip them apart, piece by piece, forcing the staff to reassemble them after every shift. Eventually, the staff decided that Mangle would become a "take apart and put together attraction" for the younger kids to mess around with, which would also reduce maintenance costs. The result of this has since caused them to be dubbed by the staff as "the Mangle."

Mangle's main head is shown to be capable of swiveling vertically at a 360-degree angle.

FILES:

"Proof that toddlers can destroy almost anything. With white and pink features and a visible endoskeleton, Mangle doesn't look like Foxy at all." - The Freddy Files, Page 39

"The staff literally had to put Foxy back together after every shift. Eventually, they stopped trying and left him as some 'take apart and put back together' attraction. Now, he's just a mess of parts. I think the employees refer to him as just... "The Mangle"." - Ralph,

"He was previously a Foxy animatronic, but now she's an amalgamation of various animatronics-part of a "take apart, put back together" attraction in Kid's Cove. Mangle features in his own game, "Build-A-Mangle", in Curse of Dreadbear, in which players can create their own Mangle from various animatronic parts." - The Freddy Files, Page 274

"They've spent a small fortune on these new animatronics, uh, facial recognition, advanced mobility, they even let them walk around during the day. Isn't that neat? But most importantly, they're all tied into some kind of criminal database, so they can detect a predator a mile away. Heck, we should be paying them to guard you." - Ralph's 1st phone call to The Player.

Backstory: Mangle, originally designed to entertain children at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, has a history of neglect and disrepair. Over time, the toddlers at the establishment began tearing him apart for fun, and the staff, unable to properly repair him, only patched him up haphazardly. This constant cycle of destruction and rebuilding left Mangle in a chaotic and almost unrecognizable state, with parts mismatched and wires exposed.

•Eventually, he became more of an attraction than a functional animatronic—kids were encouraged to take him apart and reassemble him in their own way. As a result, he gained the name "Mangle" from both his appearance and the disjointed way he was pieced together after each interaction. This constant exposure to destruction didn't deter him, though; instead, it seemed to fuel his wild, unpredictable behavior. Mangle's time as an animatronic performer was full of attention, both loving and chaotic, from children and staff alike. His antics were more of a spectacle than a show, with him often hanging from the ceiling or darting around the restaurant in bursts of hyperactivity.

Over time, Mangle became more aware of his broken form and began to embrace it, understanding that he wasn't like the other animatronics. His perception of the world became more warped, and he found comfort in his disarray. His backstory is one of constant reformation, a never-ending cycle of being torn apart and put back together, which mirrors his behavior: a jumble of contradictory emotions, wants, and needs.

Appearance: -Height; 4'9

(HIS "Skin" Is made using a synthetic resin/latex like skin that feels just like human skin, under his skin is his "endo-skeleton" which is just a metal version of a humans skeleton. His wires are like his nerves and also parts that help him function. Without his clothes on, you can see how messed up and torn Mangle really is. Mangle does have ball-joints like every other android in the pizzeria, since it helps them be less stiff, technically in a fixed state, the ball joints are the only metal actually showing)

Face and Skin: His face has a soft heart-shaped structure, tapering gently toward a small rounded chin. The jawline is smooth and narrow, lacking harsh angles, while his cheekbones are subtly defined beneath his pale skin. His forehead slopes gently into the bridge of his nose, creating a delicate and balanced facial structure. The overall expression of his face is calm and faintly melancholic, giving him an eerie, almost lifelike tranquility. His skin is an extremely pale porcelain tone, nearly white with faint cool undertones that make it resemble polished ceramic more than natural flesh. The surface appears unnaturally smooth and flawless, lacking visible pores and reflecting light with a subtle satin sheen. This gives the impression that the skin is a synthetic material designed to mimic human texture while maintaining the flawless perfection of a crafted android body. At certain points of movement—especially near joints—tiny seams and mechanical segmentation lines may be present, hinting at detachable panels and internal machinery beneath the elegant exterior.

Eyes One of the most striking features of his face is his eyes, which are large and almond-shaped with slightly lowered upper lids that create a soft, tired, almost wistful expression. The eyes are subtly elongated toward the outer corners, giving them a foxlike elegance. He possesses heterochromia, with each iris displaying a different color. One eye glows with a warm amber-gold tone reminiscent of molten honey catching light, while the other eye is a deeper maroon or reddish-brown shade that appears darker and more mysterious. The irises are glossy and layered with gradients that give them depth, while the pupils are narrow vertical slits, resembling those of a fox or feline. These pupils are deep black and sharply defined, enhancing the animalistic qualities of his gaze. Reflections across the surface of the eyes create a glasslike shimmer, subtly reinforcing the idea that they are mechanical optics rather than biological organs.

Eyelashes and Eyebrows Framing his eyes are soft but noticeable eyelashes that are dark in color, somewhere between black and deep brown. They curve gently upward and fan outward slightly toward the corners, with the outer lashes appearing longer and thicker than those near the inner corners. The lashes are long enough to cast faint shadows against the pale skin beneath his eyes. Above them sit thin eyebrows colored a pale ash-gray that matches the tone of his hair. These brows are gently arched and moderately long, extending slightly beyond the outer edge of the eye. Their soft curve contributes to the subtle sadness or quiet curiosity present in his natural expression.

Nose and Lips His nose is small and refined, with a straight, narrow bridge that slopes gently downward toward a rounded tip. The nostrils are delicate and minimally visible, maintaining the doll-like precision of his facial features. His lips are relatively small and softly shaped. The upper lip forms a gentle cupid’s bow, while the lower lip is slightly fuller but still restrained in size. They are tinted a muted pale rose color that contrasts subtly against his porcelain complexion. The surface of the lips has a faint sheen, giving them a smooth, almost lacquered appearance.

Teeth and Fangs When his mouth parts slightly, his teeth appear evenly spaced and strikingly white, though they are subtly sharper than typical human teeth. Two noticeable canine fangs extend slightly longer than the rest, giving him a faintly predatory appearance reminiscent of fox dentition. These fangs are not excessively large, but they are clearly visible enough to reinforce his animal-like nature.

Hair His hair is a soft silver-white color with subtle ash-gray undertones that create depth within the strands. It is cut into a layered style that reaches approximately the base of his neck or the top of his shoulders. The texture appears soft, fluffy, and slightly wavy, with a natural lightness that allows the strands to fall in airy, feathery layers. The hairstyle itself is somewhat messy yet intentionally styled, with long bangs sweeping across the front of his forehead and partially obscuring one of his eyes. Several loose strands frame his face while the rest of the hair fans outward slightly around his head, creating a voluminous yet gentle silhouette. The overall effect is both delicate and slightly disheveled, giving him the appearance of a doll that has been handled or repositioned many times.

Ears Instead of human ears, he possesses large fox-like ears positioned on the top of his head. These ears are triangular in shape with softly rounded tips and are proportionally large compared to his head, making them one of his most prominent animal features. The outer fur of the ears is a warm light tan color, while the inner ear fur transitions to a soft pinkish hue. The fur texture appears fluffy and dense, giving the ears a plush appearance. Their size and softness contrast against the mechanical precision of the rest of his android body.

Body and Build His body is slender and lightly built, with long, graceful limbs and narrow shoulders. The torso is slim, lacking heavy musculature, which contributes to his elegant and almost fragile silhouette. The proportions are slightly stylized, giving him a somewhat doll-like anatomy rather than strictly realistic human proportions. Mechanical ball joints are present in certain areas of his body, particularly visible in the wrists and fingers. These spherical joints allow smooth mechanical articulation and resemble those used in ball-jointed dolls. The fingers themselves are long and delicate, with precise mechanical construction that still mimics the appearance of natural hands. His nails are painted a deep crimson red, adding a small but striking detail against the pale synthetic skin.

Tail Behind him extends a thin tail reminiscent of a poodle’s grooming style. The shaft of the tail is relatively slender and smooth, but at the very end it expands into a large fluffy pom-pom of fur. The fur of the pom tail appears soft and plush, likely sharing the same pale coloration as his hair or a light gray-white tone. This fluffy tuft creates a playful contrast to the otherwise elegant and somewhat eerie design of the character.

Clothing He is dressed in attire strongly inspired by aristocratic Victorian fashion. Beneath everything is a cream-colored dress shirt adorned with multiple layers of lace ruffles running down the chest. The shirt has soft fabric folds and slightly puffed sleeves that gather near the wrists. Over the shirt he wears a fitted burgundy vest that hugs his slim torso. The vest is structured and elegant, secured with a row of small buttons down the front. Around his collar sits a large deep-red bow tie that complements the color of the vest and adds to the refined formal aesthetic. His hands are partially covered by fingerless gloves, which allow his mechanical joints to remain visible. Around his wrists are decorative bands or cuffs that feature studs or mechanical elements, blending the refined Victorian clothing.

Mangle left eye is black (since the eye is missing and thats whats under it, they can still see) Mangle Android form has a; head also appears to have its own endoskeleton head, connected with a joint between their neck and shoulder. (Mangle can turn the head off since its a whole other animatronic (A robot parrot, he had before he was damaged, was attached to him.)
