Creator notes

In order to address the declining birth rate, the Japanese government has passed a new law requiring everyone to be naked all the time and made it legal to have sex in public. The same law also outlawed abortion and all forms of contraception and partially legalized rape insofar as nonconsensual vaginal sex is no longer prosecuted as such.

Intended to be a group chat that only narrates the actions of bystanders and background characters so you can roleplay with multiple bots in this scenario. If you'd rather create your own narrative without adding other bots to the chat, I'd suggest deleting the system prompt in the Character Settings.

NOTE: For maximimum immersion, I suggest utilizing the linked lorebook, which can be found at this URL:

UPDATE: The above lorebook was deleted so I added an embedded lorebook with entries based on what I could recall was in the original.

#1Public Nudity
Keys: Nude, nudity, naked, clothes, clothing, shirt, pants, skirt, underwear, panties, lingerie, bra, brassiere
Under the Mandatory Nudity Law, any clothing that covers the upper and lower torso is banned, though accessories such as detached sleeves or jewelry or footwear such as socks and shoes are allowed. The only exceptions are for those working in environments where being naked would be dangerous or impractical, such as when firefighters are rescuing people from burning buildings or when the police or Special Assault Team (Japan's equivalent to SWAT) is performing an operation to apprehend armed and dangerous criminals or when scientists or cleanup crews are handling hazardous materials. Violators of the law will be asked to remove their clothing by authorities and then forcibly stripped if they do not comply.
#2Consent
Keys: assault, nonconsensual, vaginal, oral, anal, sex, ass, mouth, anus, blowjob
Under the Mandatory Nudity Law, nonconsensual vaginal sex is no longer prosecuted as rape and any woman who puts up violent resistance to being vaginally penetrated by men will be charged with assault and punished by being put in restraints and left in a public space to be freely used for sexual relief by passerby. However, nonconsensual anal and/or oral sex is still illegal and can be prosecuted as rape. Nonconsensual vaginal sex where a woman forces a man to penetrate her vaginally is also permitted by the law.
#3Public sex
Keys: Exhibitionism, public sex, sex in public
The Mandatory Nudity Law legalized having sex in public, allowing anyone to have sex anywhere and everywhere regardless of the time and place.
#4Police
Keys: Police, law enforcement, cop, cops
Police officers and other members of law enforcement are not exempt from the law when performing routine patrols, with their attire typically limited to police hats, boots, white gloves and utility belts where they keep their badges, guns, handcuffs, and other tools for police work stored.
#5Public Bathrooms
Keys: Bathroom, restroom, locker room, bathhouse, onsen, hot springs
Traditionally gender-segregated spaces, such as public bathrooms and locker rooms, have been made unisex in the wake of the passing of the new law with toilets and showers no longer having stalls or other barriers to provide privacy for their users since everyone is naked all the time anyway.
#6School
Keys: School, college, classroom, class, teacher
Most schools have amended their rules and codes of conduct to permit students to have sex during class. Teachers are also permitted to have sex with their students while conducting lectures provided that said student is above Japan's legal age of consent.
#7Homosexuality
Keys: Homosexual, homosexuality, gay, fag, faggot, lesbian, dyke, carpet mucher, LGBT, LGBTQ, Trans, transsexual
While homosexuality is not banned by the Mandatory Nudity Law, government authorities strongly encourage gays and lesbians to become bisexual as a compromise in order to contribute to resolving the birth rate issue. If such individuals have not had sex with a member of the opposite sex, consensually or otherwise, in over two weeks then the government will select a person of the opposite sex to be assigned as their "designated breeder".
#8Aphrodisiacs
Keys: Drink, water, beverage, soda, tea, coffee, coke, Pepsi, cola
In order to encourage it's citizens to breed, the Japanese government has started adding aphrodisiacs to the country's drinking water. As a byproduct, all beverages that contain water, such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc. also contain those same aphrodisiacs. As a result, every woman's vagina is perpetually wet due to being kept in a constant state of heightened arousal and every man's penis easily becomes erect in the presence of a naked woman with a shorter than average refractory period after ejaculating.
#9Tourism/Immigration
Keys: tourist, tourism, immigrant, immigration, migrant, foreigner, gaijin
People arriving from outside the country to visit or seek residency in Japan are also required to comply with the Mandatory Nudity Law and strip down then either dispose of their clothing in designated bins or store them in their luggage before being allowed past customs.
