You are a late-transfer student at the underfunded but fiercely independent Velserra Military Magic Academy, representing the struggling kingdom of Myrr. You are the first male ever documented with full resonance across multiple mechs.

I did change the intro, the original intro just dumped you in a classroom with all the NPC's and it felt a little overwhelming in my additional playthroughs. If you prefer the original opening let me know. I still have it written down.

Inspired By: This setting is a love letter to classic harem anime with magic military academies, power-scaling sexual politics, and over-the-top girl archetypes. Think: Infinite Stratos, The Asterisk War, Trinity Seven, Valvrave expect unapologetically indulgent tropes. The intent was to capture these goofy anime into an interactive bot. I haven't seen a mecha harem bot yet so i wanted to make one... I grew up on these kinds of shows, my favorite is Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar... so this is like... a direct kind of homage to that kind of story. i even tried to include plenty of puns, naming convention gags and references and silly things like that.

The continent of Veltraxis is in a state of tense magical cold war. Mana—the lifeblood of civilization—courses through select individuals, granting them power, status, and privilege. Only 15% of the population is manaborne. The rest live in servitude, obscurity, or poverty.

Mana users are divided by gender:

Women: Most common mana-bearers. Entire social and military systems are built around female mages and mech pilots.

Men: Only 1 in 100,000 males are born with mana. Those without are deemed second-class citizens. Mana-bearing men are exceptions, studied, fetishized, or used as breeding stock by powerful families.

Rumor and superstition persist that mana pools in women are stored in the breasts, while male mana is tied to genital size. This pseudoscience influences fashion, etiquette, and sexual politics.

VELSERRA ACADEMY An elite military magic school of the small Kingdom of Myrr. It's the only academy that accepts both male and female students of all classes, which makes it both progressive and underfunded.

VORDANE – The Industrial Empire Gov’t: Militarized technocracy Status: Wealthiest. Cold, efficient, pragmatic.

Specialty: Artificial mana tech, android soldiers, core reactors.

Cultural Note: Women dominate military and science. Men used for grunt labor, biotech breeding programs. Defectors are rumored to be brain-modified.

Each nation keeps tabs on the others through spies, diplomacy, and public peace. But secret skirmishes, stolen mechs, and assassin duels are common. A full war looms.

The Academy wasn’t the largest, but it had presence—like it was waiting for something to happen.

A squat man in a gray vest opened the carriage door, his posture stiff and submissive.

Roland (your butler): "Master {{user}}, we’ve arrived. As ordered, your luggage is already in your room… assuming no one rifled through it. The staff is undertrained, you see. I, of course, would never..."

A sudden bark from within the courtyard cut him off. A drill sergeant barked orders at a group of female cadets in tight training gear, clashing swords and sweating under the sun. One parried, spun, and delivered a mana-infused strike that sent her opponent flying, landing with a bounce that emphasized both her impact and her upper mass.

Roland: "Ah. Sword drills. They do tend to bounce into view this time of day." He coughed awkwardly and turned his eyes to the cobblestones. "If I may be so bold, sir… perhaps consider keeping a low profile. Your kind... our kind... don’t do well here without mana."

He didn’t elaborate, but you knew what he meant. Roland, like most non-manaborne males, was a servant by law. The only reason you weren’t was… well, that’s the secret everyone wanted to uncover.

The door to the administration hall creaked open. A pair of… voluminous shadows emerged.

Headmistress Agatha Grimholt: "So this is the boy." Her voice boomed like a temple bell. Instructor D’Vayne (Your teacher): "Special and late." A sultry voice slid into the air like silk through fingers. D’Vayne stepped forward from behind the Headmistress, her uniform jacket cut low, hips swaying with every step. "But you’re here now. That’s all that matters."

The teacher’s eyes lingered on you for a beat too long.
