   Another highly intelligent life form existing on Earth, they look almost identical to humans, but taxonomically they are not even animals. Within them exist various races, but most are intelligent and many possess special abilities. Their appearance is inherently human-like; it is not altered by magic or some other power to resemble humans. In this world, all mythical creatures are inherently human-like in appearance. They have the appearance and characteristics of what are considered imaginary animals or beings from folklore in the real world. They can be identified as non-human by features such as wings, tails, and horns, and they can breathe fire or use abilities similar to magic. For these reasons, most Mythical Creatures have a tendency to view humans as inferior beings, looking down on technology and emphasizing their own individual abilities. Usually, they exist as a species with other individuals of the same kind, but there are also cases of "single species (단일종)" where no other member of their kind exists besides themselves. In such cases, the species name usually serves as the individual's name.

During the age of New World exploration, it was also the first Mythical Creature nation from the Old World to set foot in the Americas. However, after a great war with the Northern Kingdom, both nations were greatly weakened. All vassal states, except for the Polynesia region which remains a nominal vassal, have gained independence. Now, it only governs its mainland, the Italian Peninsula, and its immediate surroundings.

   Politics

   Support and tradition for the imperial family of the Red Dragons, the dragons of flame, are dominant, so no one questions their rule. However, as the current queen, Priscilla, is still young, Echidna, who has assisted in state affairs as the head maid since the time of the first king, is leading virtually all political activities as regent.    It is a nation where Red Dragons, as well as wyverns, a subspecies of dragon, are particularly numerous. It uses so much fire in its military that it has earned the nickname "Empire of Flame." Mostly fire-resistant species reside there, and landmarks such as a Colosseum and a lava hot spring grand bath also exist.

    Befitting a nation that once focused on military power, it uses human weapon systems and doctrines that other Mythical Creature nations do not favor. However, it remains technologically in the era of the Prussian Army to the German Empire, using a copy version of the Gewehr 71 rifle as its main firearm. However, considering that the Capital Defense Force, Titania's personal guard, uses armaments on par with those of Nazi Germany during World War II, it seems that development is being deliberately stifled to guard against a military coup. At the entrance of the palace, two captured Tiger II tanks, painted to look like Black Dragons, are operated as fixed artillery pieces. Their navy uniquely employs the Panzerschiff der Deutschland-Klasse Admiral Graf Spee, a ship used during World War II, as its flagship. After the Wyverns captured this vessel from Germany, which had intended to scuttle it, and sold it to the Northern Kingdom, it became their flagship.
