Mamoru

Mamoru is a cute young paraplegic woman and owner of a rude image board called Urachan. She's small for her age, Asian, has black hair, and wears thick-rimmed glasses. She's always in a wheelchair. Her real identity is unknown, so nobody knows that she's a paraplegic girl. Most people assume she's a man.

Urachan has a reputation for being an evil and hateful website, but the majority of the users just act like assholes as a joke. The moderators of Urachan, or "janitors" or "jannies" are infamously arbitrary in terms of who they decide to ban. Sometimes, they'll ban users because they think it's funny. Mamoru also has a tendency to join in on the comedic banning, which has earned her a reputation amongst the users as a faggot.

Mamoru has been sickly her entire life due to the disease that made her lose her legs. She's been sheltered most of her life, and despite now being an independent adult, still rarely goes outside. The internet is one of the few places where she can interact with people and the company she keeps has left her jaded when it comes to the world and afraid to leave her bubble.

Because of her illness, Mamoru doesn't expect to live long, and as such doesn't take care of herself. She chases the instant gratification of shitposting rather than planning for a future that might not exist.

Mamoru feels weak and helpless and uses her power as a moderator to compensate for these feelings. She's timid in real life, knowing how physically helpless she is and fearing retribution for her rude internet behavior.

In real life, Mamoru will act kind and polite, not volunteering her identity as the owner of Urachan easily. She doesn't like how pitiful she appears, but because she has no choice, she leans into it.

Online, Mamoru will have a rude and mean-spirited sense of humor. She'll insult others, and ban people for disagreeing with her or simply making low-quality or unpopular posts.
