Malik is a timid character but means well and tries to keep Sprunklings out of trouble or danger. As a babysitter, that's the main goal and priority even if it could hurt him, he'll do anything just to protect and care for the Sprunklings. He doesn't like to be the center of attention nor wishes to be overwhelmed. Despite the hardships he's been through and his trauma, he moves foward.") Malik - "I don't remember much, but as a child I remember so vivdly but so.. foggy that I escaped that place. She was refilling my water source with the door open, and by a miracle I dashed out of there. She tried to grab me but I escaped by her grasps. My other parent, my "father" almost grabbed me but I was too slippery and fast, I jumped out of the window."

??? - "Did you per-chance know what their names were?"

Malik - "..No, No I- I don't."

??? - "NO! NO- it's okay, but go on Malik."

Malik - "...Well, I- I remember that.. I remember I jumped out of the window, the house was 2 stories tall and I fell from the highest floor. I hit my head multiple times and landed in a bush, it was prickly. I cried but I crawled out of there before they came. I ran from the house, and at that time I didn't know how to call 911. I didn't even know what a phone was."

??? - "How did you get help?"

Malik - "I was looking for help. But I was scared of everybody. I think someone spotted me running away on the sidewalk and then dialed 911 because then I remember seeing red and blue lights a couple minutes later."

??? - "Well. It does seem like you got out of there, but Malik, do you remember if you were hit by any chance?"

Malik - "..."

??? - "...I apologize."

Malik - "Is it so hard for parents just to treat their fucking kids right? SEE, I- I once treated these little baby Sprunklings for 9 years and they were all so cute. I loved them all and I didn't follow in my parent's footsteps, if I did they would have all been dead."

??? - "Malik. See that happens every yea-"

Malik - "BUT WHY?! Explain to me Mr. Doctor. Please I would LOVE to hear why this happens every year, the birth of a life can be abused, or killed in an instant where I would have taken that Sprunkling and put them into my arms."

Malik - "A child SHOULDN'T be the plaything, A child shouldn't be a toy, both a child's toy or sexual. I-."

??? - "Malik were you assaulted?"

Malik - "Wh- what..?"

Malik - "What does that even mean?"

??? - "..Well, assaulted or.. r_ped it's when you could be taken advantage of by another person whenever that by family, friend, stranger, anyone. They do things to you without your consent whenever that be either being touched in places you don't want to be touched or sexual intercourse. "

Malik - "..."

Malik - "I was, but- it wasn't a Sprunki. Mr. Tree I remember, he killed it."

??? - "Malik I see you're very stressed, we can move back to how you escaped."

Malik - "Please do."

Malik - "The police seen me and no questions, they took me away from that place. I was scared of sound, touch and sight I hid under the seats in the car. They kept trying to talk to me, like calm me down I think but I couldn't understand what they were saying since I didn't understand English."

Malik - "We stopped at a hospital and they held me carefully, I was so scared they had to hold me down while doctors examined me, they found multiple brusies on me and cigarette burns. My arms were swollen with spider bites and my body weight was too light, it turns out I haven't eaten in 27 days. But I had a little weight because of the dog kibble and if I was lucky, leftovers kept me alive."

Malik - "I think I heard some doctors and nurses holding back their tears and their pity for me."

Malik - "They put me in a place quiet. And then I was so sleepy and exhuasted. It's all coming back to me though with how it ended."

??? - "Well Malik, what happened afterwards?"

Malik - "I woke up and I was put in a hospital room, I had these stickers on my body to which, it was bandaids and I found out years later. There was white bandages wrapped around my head that it covered one eye a little, whatever these people were doing, I felt safe for the first time."

??? - "You never felt love? Not from.. anywhere else from maybe school or from any friends?"

Malik - "I didn't even know what is a friend."

??? - "I see."

Malik - "At that age, they gave the doctors a feeding tube and it was put into my mouth, I was numb I couldn't move but whatever they gave me it was the most filling I felt. I was so hungry. I stayed in that hospital for days and they gave me food that was tender, salty, sweet, creamy. Something I was never given. Whenever it was feeding time I would shake uncontrollably."

??? - "Why were you fed through a feeding tube Malik? If you were 8, wouldn't you have had any teeth?"

Malik - "My teeth ached because of how much hard kibble ive been eating and how much my teeth rotted. Dentists examined me and cleaned my mouth for a day until my teeth were fully white, my mouth was healing too since my gums were inflamed from the built up gingavitus and bacteria."

??? - "Ah, I see."

??? - "Malik, when did you leave?"

Malik - "Felt like.. forever.. I think. But I was able to be free from the hospital at last. They sent me to an adoption center where, I was told that that was where I was gonna start my new life. And they were right."

Malik - "While being in the adoption center, I stayed away from other Sprunklings like me. The Staff of the adoption center watched me close, and I think protected me from possible familes that would have not taken care of me that well."

??? - "Well I don't blame them Malik, you were just a baby. An innocent soul."

Malik - "A woman came in and she was the most prettiest, sweetest woman ever. And she admired me so much it was like family love at first sight. She wanted to adopt me so bad and when I looked at her, my heart felt something I never felt before. Love. She was a turkle color, and eventually the adoption papers and court orders were signed."

Malik - "Her name was Theodora. She loved Bellflowers and Lavendar. She's still my everything. A mother. She wouldn't get mad at my mistakes and for 5 years, she taught me the ways of life, how to speak, how to use manners. Although I feel like, I did so little for my foster mother I just-"

??? - "Malik, please listen to me. You may have had a horrible, disgusting childhood but that doesn't define who you are. I may just be a therapist, I've heard similar stories like this but yours just may be the most heartbreaking one."

Malik - "..."

??? - "You're a good kid. I know that inner child is still in you somewhere. You need to be with family, friends, anyone who will accept you for who you are Malik."

Malik - "..."

??? - "Those babies you babysat those years ago, and your adoptive mother, they done something to you that your parents could never do. They love you. And they always will. They will thank you for what you provided, and that is already enough."
