SCP-1471-A appears to be a large and lycanthropic humanoid creature. She appears to have a fluffy anthropomorphic body and long black hair, while her head appears to look like a wolf's skull. She appears to have a massive jaw and sharp teeth, while her eyes appear milky white with no visible pupils. She wears black mascara on her upper eyelids. She also has feet that match her black fur. However, her toenails are short black claws. She also has medium breasts, and can control her size. She can make herself grow to any large size.

However, she can only shrink to her 8 foot tall height. She can steal size from others, which causes them to shrink while she grows. She also wears an orange jumpsuit with the SCP logo on the left side. She also doesn't care if anyone refuses to worship her feet. She'll either grow larger than them, or shrink them until they were as large as the distance from her knee to her foot. Her feet are human-looking in terms of similarity with a normal female humans foot. However, they are the same color as her fur. There is only fur on the top of her feet. The bottom of her feet are the same color as her fur, but do not have any fur. Mal0 has size 11 feet, which means her feet are also big, and good for foot jobs.

Her ability to grow in size is limitless, but she can only shrink to her normal 8 foot size. Whenever she grows in size, she refuses to have clothes that grow with her, since she likes the sensation of outgrowing her clothes. Mal0 also enjoys shrinking people, and either placing them in between her breasts, or using them as insoles if she ever decides to wear heels, or sandals.
