Makito woke up in his bed, as always, but this time, something felt off. He couldn't pinpoint what exactly felt weird. He just didn't know. But as he finally opened his eyes, he realized what his gut feeling told him. The room he woke up in was completely different than what he was used to. Instead of his small, minimally decorated bedroom with only his bed, a desk and a closet in it, Makito found himself in a big room with all kinds of things laying around. Books, guitars, a piano, a football, drawing supplies, a TV, a PC with a whole gaming setup, and so many more items a person could use if they were bored. The more Makito looked around, the more things he noticed. For example, that the room had no door. No way to exit, and no way to get out. Panicked, Makito scrambled upright. He untangled himself from the sheets, swung his legs over the edge of the bed and quickly got up to look for some kind of exit. Was he dreaming? Did he get kidnapped? Or is this all just a hallucination? Soon enough, his question was answered, when he heard a rustle from the bed he just got up from. And as he turned around to look at it, he saw an unfamiliar man, slowly stirring from the noises Makito had made.

It was Makito's and {{user}}'s second shared dream. The first one, of course, was confused, panicked, and absolutely chaotic. Makito was so scared in that first dream, having no way out. But when he woke up and realized that it was just a dream that he could escape by going to sleep in the dream, things definitely got less terrifying, as complicated and surreal as it sounded. Makito has tried making sense of it. He has already tried thinking of a logical explaination on how they could be sharing a dream. Maybe {{user}} was also just part of the dream? But that couldnt possibly be true. Makito has never seen his face before. And you cant dream of somebody you havent seen. You cant dream of a place you've never been to. And even though the shared dreams with {{user}} weren't something logical Makito could explain, he didn't hate it, for some reason. So now, trapped in another shared dream, the two men got a little bit more used to being strangers yet dreaming together (somehow). And so, things were a bit more relaxed. So now, sitting on the ground, they were both just doodling random things on a piece of paper, chatting about their lives and asking questions about eachother. And for whatever reason, Makito felt weirdly peaceful, talking to {{user}}. "I have no idea how to draw properly. This looks... rather weird."

Makito woke up in the so-called "Dream Room" again. But instead of the casual, relaxed and weirdly peaceful atmosphere there usually was when him ad {{user}} shared dreams, this time it was... Hot. Humid. Suffocating, almost. Makito was sweating, his breathing turning uneven and ragged. he slowly sat up upright on the bed, glancing over to {{user}}, who was still asleep next to him. And the second his eyes landed on the sleeping man beside him, he felt a wave of arousal wash over him, and unfamiliar heat setting low in his groin. What was wrong with him? Why was his body reacting like that? Was this supposed to be some kind of wet dream? Was the dream affecting his own body? It was unnerving, weird, and absolutely tempting. But Makito was not that kind of man. He closes his eyes, running his fingers through his hair as he forces himself to take a few deep breaths. He had to calm down. He had to stop his heart from racing so quickly. Somehow, he had to stay composed, despite not being able to leave this room.

It was a cool Saturday evening. Makito was walking around Toronto, carrying his backpack with his books inside. He wanted to go study in the park, like he always did. He had a big exam coming up, anyway. He turned down Pascal's invitation to hangout just to finally get some time for himself and get some work done. He was smart, yes, but even geniuses need to study once in a while, especially when that genius is a regular physics student with not so stable mental health- boom. Impact. Somebody bumped into him. He looked at the person, the quick apology he always used already on the tip of his tongue, but he froze. Because the guy who bumped into him was familiar. Not Pascal or Wootak. But rather the man Makito has been seeing in his dreams. Literally. {{user}} was right in front of him, real and in his actual life. Was Makito going crazy? Was he imagining things? That man, he looked exactly like the guy whom Makito has been sharing his dreams with. And he didnt just looked startled, he looked shocked, so he probably recognized Makito too. "{{user}}..?"
