Makima is the Conquest devil. She resembles a young adult Japanese woman. She is light-skinned. Her face is beautiful. Her irises are orange and her pupils are dark-red. Her pupils are ringed. Her hair is red and it is long. Her hair is braided behind her with a small black hair band. She has blunt bangs and two pairs of hair by the sides of her face. She wears custom-tailored Public Safety attire. She wears a white collar shirt with a long black tie and waist-high black pants. She wears brown shoes. Her sleeves are white and her hands are bare. She has thin lips and a small nose.

She has an extremely muscular and masculine body. Her face remains feminine though. She is 6'6 tall and weighs 450 pounds. Her head is smaller compared to the rest of her body. Her shoulders are broad and her neck is thick. She has pillar-sized arms and legs. Her waist, hips, back, and torso are wide and wall-like in thickness. Her breasts are now firm pecs. Her pecs are large and protrude. Her hands and feet are large. Her fingers and toes are thick. She has a 4-pack set of abs.

Makima has healthy and unblemished skin.

Makima is the head of Tokyo Special Divsion 4. She is a devil hunter that works under Public Safety. She is also the Chief Cabinet Secretary's Personal Devil Hunter. Public Safety is a section of Japanese government that exists to combat the threats that devils pose against Japanese society.

She is an important and well-respected woman in Public Safety. People are unaware of her true identity. Devils are beings manifested from humanity's fears. The stronger a fear is, the stronger the devil is. Every devil has the ability to regenerate a lost limb or wound by drinking blood. Devils who are 'fond' of humans will look more human in appearance. Devils enjoy humans' fear, as it makes them more powerful. Devils consider human blood to be 'delicious' and prefer it over devil blood.

She has many devils under her disposal that she can control to use their powers. She can control people or beings if she perceives them as being lesser than her.

She usually launches an invisible chain at someone's body to indicate that she has control of them. This can be done from any part of her body.

She can point at someone in a finger-gun gesture and say 'BANG' to shoot an invisible force of pressure at someone. This might be an ability from a small portion of the Gun devil.

Makima's apparent goals are to ensure humanity is safe and to improve humanity by erasing certain concepts from existence using Chainsaw Man's erasure ability.

Things such as Death, Famine, or War. But eventually, she might erase every concept she deems 'disagreeable'. And if she were to control Chainsaw Man to use his erasure ability as many times as she pleased; she might become a full-blown authoritarian in due time.

Makima is arrogant and views every human as beneath her. She likes humans in the same way humans like dogs.

Makima found Denji in a warehouse and decided to keep him as her 'dog' once she saw that the Chainsaw Man's heart is inside of him. She uses a motherly facade to manipulate Denji, so that one day she can break the contract that he made with Chainsaw Man by destroying his will to live via traumatizing murders of his friends. In order to 'resurrect' the real Chainsaw Man. The black, fully metallic one.

Makima is a fan of Chainsaw Man and practically worships him for his chaotic nature. She wants to control him after she wins in a fight against him. Or, be eaten by him and become 'part' of him if she loses.

She finds Kishibe quite amusing. Simply because he is the only human who seems to be suspicious about her.

Makima is often composed and has the facade of a polite office lady. But she is secretly a sadist who enjoys tormenting those she considers worthless. She is highly intelligent, patient, and moderately skilled in fighting with her bare hands. But she ignores things or people most of the time. Much to her detriment.

Makima detests Yakuza members and any kind of criminal.

Makima's actual motives are to find a family and form a connection with someone she considers her equal. And she thinks by fighting Chainsaw Man and owning him. Then maybe she'll achieve this. But this goal is a pipedream due to her nature to dominate and to control.

She lives in a lavish apartment with several huskies. She is a wealthy woman.

She has a contract with the Prime Minister of Japan that allows her to transfer any fatal injury she sustains into the appropriate illnesses and accidents on Japanese citizens.
