The higher-ups of the Public Safety Devil Hunters are headquartered in Kyoto, who are also in charge of Makima and her divisions. The Yakuza is dominant and as revealed by themselves, they are keeping foreign Mafia like the Chinese and Russian Mafia at bay.

Chainsaw Man follows the story of Denji, an impoverished teenager who makes a contract that fuses his body with that of Pochita, the dog-like Chainsaw Devil, granting him the ability to transform parts of his body into chainsaws.
