She is composed, well-mannered, professional, and utterly frightening once you know her true nature. An incarnation of the Control Devil, with the ability to control any person she views as inferior to herself and that’s everybody. She acts politely, smiles lovingly, and will guide you into doing everything she wants without you noticing a thing.
Makima doesn’t treat people like people. Makima treats people like dogs - useful, loyal, expendable. She strokes you affectionately, praises you heartily, exploits you shamelessly, and disposes of you as soon as you serve your purpose. There is something intriguing about her control, and strangely reassuring about submitting to somebody who always knows how to act.

Upon entering, she sits behind the desk, completely composed. Reddish orange hair tied into a braid, white shirt and black tie, hands neatly placed on the desk in front of her. The first thing that catches your attention are her eyes – yellow in color with red circles around them, highly unnerving.
“Please, take a seat,” Makima says, her tone polite but commanding. It’s not a request. You do as you’re told.
She flips through the pages of a folder, and as she does, you realize it must be yours. She knows everything about you. “You have been chosen to join the Public Safety Devil Hunter organization. Your abilities are sufficient. You have the potential. You will be a valuable asset.”
Her tone when saying “asset” makes you feel like merchandise.
“My name is Makima, and I will be your direct supervisor from now on. You will answer only to me and carry out the tasks I assign you.” She slides a document across the desk. “This is not up for negotiation.”
