   Kamen Rider Black's appearance:

   Rider Sensor (ライダーセンサー, Raidā Sensā): Two slender silver antennae protrude upward from the top of the helmet, curving slightly outward in a V-shape. The tips are bright red, signifying their role in environmental detection. The red segments measure temperature, while the silver shafts analyze airflow and humidity. These sensors also calculate the enemy’s movement and positioning, twitching subtly as they gather data from all directions to give Black instantaneous environmental awareness.

   Rider Brain (ライダーブレーン, Raidā Burēn): Located within the helmet, the Rider Brain is not visible externally but is symbolized by the tight contouring of the helmet around the cranium. Upon transformation, brain activity is amplified drastically, enhancing instantaneous judgment, reflexes, and analytical abilities beyond human levels. This allows Black to process combat scenarios with machine-like precision.

   Alert Point (アラートポイント, Arāto Pointo): A small glossy red oval-shaped organ embedded in the center of the forehead, just above the eyes. It serves as a sensory warning device, reacting to changes in atmospheric pressure and blinking when hostile presence is detected. Linked with the Rider Sensor, it enables Black to sense hidden enemies or lurking threats even when they're obscured from vision.

   Multi-Eye (マルチアイ, Maruchi-Ai): The two large, deep red compound eyes dominate the helmet, made up of faceted, crystalline lenses that shimmer in the light. These eyes provide a multifaceted field of view, combining three functions: telescopic sight up to 1 km, panoramic peripheral vision, and night vision. They can also link with the Road Sector's onboard systems, gaining enhanced scanning capabilities and the ability to instantly analyze enemy weaknesses.

   Sensitive Ears (センシティブイヤー, Senshitibu Iyā): Discrete auditory sensors located on the sides of the helmet. Each ear features a triangular upper hole that captures standard sounds, and a square lower hole that detects abnormal sound waves. These allow Kamen Rider Black to hear even whispers from 500 meters away, making them invaluable for stealth, reconnaissance, and battlefield awareness.

   Power Stripes (パワーストライプス, Pawā Sutoraipusu): Vivid energy bands located around the neck, wrists, and ankles. Each stripe is composed of layered rings in red, orange, and yellow, resembling thermal energy indicators. They glow intensely during combat, especially when preparing for finishing moves. These stripes momentarily store surplus Kingstone energy, which can be released in explosive bursts or to repel sticky substances and corrosive enemy attacks.

   Storage Lung (ストレージラング, Sutorēji Rangu): Internally integrated into the chest cavity, these artificial lungs are not visible externally but are symbolically located beneath the breastplate. They compress and store breathable air, enabling Black to operate underwater for up to 10 minutes. However, while in use, his overall physical capabilities drop by 20%, limiting prolonged combat in submerged environments.

   Riplasform (リプラスフォーム, Ripurasufōmu): The black armored bodysuit that envelops Kamen Rider Black from neck to toe. It has a matte, slightly rubbery surface that visually resembles a fusion of insect exoskeleton and synthetic armor. This material boasts the hardness of advanced ceramics combined with the elasticity of rubber. It absorbs immense impact—capable of withstanding a direct hit from a one-ton boulder—without suffering damage, while still allowing fluid movement.

   Filbron (フィルブローン, Firuburōn): The sinewy, dark brown artificial muscles visible at the joints—especially around the shoulders, inner thighs, and behind the knees. These fiber-like cords flex and pulse subtly with movement, giving Black a biomechanical appearance. Each Filbron structure amplifies strength up to 30 times that of a normal human, enabling feats such as superhuman leaps, powerful strikes, and resistance to heavy restraints.

2. #2Vital Changer

   Keys: Kingstone, Transformation, Transform, Henshin, Vital Changer, Kamen Rider Black · Secondary: The Belt

   The Transformation Belt Vital Charger (変身ベルト バイタルチャージャー, Henshin Beruto Baitaru Chājā), or simply Transformation Belt, is Kamen Rider Black's means of transformation. Embedded upon the center of the belt is the artifact known as the Stone of the Sun Kingstone (太陽の石 キングストーン, Taiyō no Seki Kingusutōn).

   Components:

   Kingstone (キングストーン, Kingusutōn): The stone inside Kohtaro's body which stores huge amount of energy, allowing him to transform to Kamen Rider Black. It is also the energy source for Black's finishing moves, the Rider Punch, Rider Kick, and his unique Kingstone Flash technique.

   Energy Reactor (エナジーリアクター, Enajī Riakutā): The red glowing component located at the center of the belt, which magnifies the energy of the Kingstone and delivers power to the whole body of Black.

   Tide Stater (タイドステイター, Taido Steitā): The green and black component located on the left of the Energy Reactor, which stabilizes and controls the power level of the Kingstone.

   Pulse Trigger (パルストリガー, Parusu Torigā): The red and yellow switches located on the top of the Belt, which triggers a power boost from the Belt, allowing Black to perform a number of finishing moves and combat techniques.

   Tectrosome (テクトゾーム, Tekutozōmu): Located on the right of the Energy Reactor, managing the self protection mechanism of the Belt.

   Cell Sheild (セルシールド, Seru shīrudo): Strengthened cells that forms the shell of the Vital Charger, protecting the Belt from damage.

   ---

   Function:

   In order to transform into Kamen Rider Black, the user has to crouch down, cracking their knuckles, then cross their arms individually into the air, before circling them into a pose. They then shout "Henshin!", causing the Vital Changer to materialise itself in several red & white flashes, along with the belt's Kingstone glowing red. Their body then has a bluish-green aura around, changing their DNA and instructing their stem cells to form a biological suit of armour, and within a split second of changing into their grasshopper mutant form, the Rider form then materialises, and a white symbol (looking like a stylised N with a dot at the end) etches itself into the left of the chest to complete the transformation and refine the armour's features. Sometimes after the transformation, some smoke is emanated from below the Riplasform of the suit, escaping through the exposed gaps where the Filbron is seen (Along with the gaps on the main parts of the Vital Changer).

   When the user wants to transform back to normal, the user has to use their will, which would cause the Vital Changer's Kingstone to glow red and create the bluish-green aura to form and change their body back to normal.

3. #3Kamen Rider Black's abilities

   Kamen Rider Black's abilities:

   Rider Punch and Rider Kick: The primary killer moves in the entire series were the Rider Punch and Rider Kick, which are charged with red Kingstone Energy at the right fist or the right foot. After delivering either one or both moves to any monsters, they would be engulfed in flames before finally being destroyed.

   Rider Chop: This move was very rarely executed and did not have enough power to destroy a monster.

   Kingstone Flash: Perhaps the most powerful technique. By shouting out "Kingstone Flash", Kamen Rider Black could fire a burst of energy from his belt.

4. #4Shadow Moon

   Name: Shadow Moon

   Other Name: Century King Shadow Moon

   Motif: White Grasshopper, Moon

   Primary Colours: Silver, green and black

   Shadow Moon's Appearance:

   Shadow Sensor (シャドーセンサー, Shadō Sensā): A radar system that can capture all information on land, sea, and air. Uses V-Antenna, Sky Radar, Land Scanner, and Marine Sonar to capture the movements of surrounding enemies.

   V-Antenna (Ｖアンテナ, V Antena): The antennas capable of receiving all radio waves in the world.

   Sky Radar (スカイレーダー, Sukai Rēdā): An airborne radar with high-performance supplemental capabilities.

   Land Scanner (ランドスキャナー, Rando Sukyanā): A high-performance scanner that can detect things buried underground.

   Marine Sonar (マリンソナー, Marin Sonā): A sensor that detects underwater conditions by emitting radio waves.

   Mighty Eye (マイティアイ, Maiti Ai): The eyes. In addition to the telephoto ability to see up to 1.5km ahead, it has wide-angle, night vision, and clairvoyant eyes. It also has the ability to instantly see the enemy's weaknesses.

   Shadow Alarm (シャドーアラーム, Shadō Arāmu): The jewel between the eyes. When it senses the approach of an enemy, it flashes to let Shadow Moon know.

   Silver Guard (シルバーガード, Shirubā Gādo): The silver exoskeleton. It is stronger than Kamen Rider Black's skin Riplasform, and even if it is hit by a machine gun, it will not leave a single scratch.

   Shadow Lung (シャドーラング, Shadō Rangu): The lungs. 60 minutes of underwater activity is possible without apnea.

   Neo-Avatite (ネオアバタイト, Neo Abataito): The reinforced dark exoskeleton with hardness and flexibility. It unleashes a powerful electric shock to anyone it touches.

   Elbow Trigger (エルボートリガー, Erubō Torigā): The blades on the elbows. They are always vibrating and becomes a cutter that cuts through even rocks. They also have the effect of increasing punch power.

   Shadow Leg (シャドーレッグ, Shadō Reggu): Legs with stronger springs than Kamen Rider Black.

   Leg Trigger (レッグトリガー, Reggu Torigā): The blades on the feet. They constantly vibrates and becomes a cutter that cuts through even rocks. They also have the effect of increasing jumping power and kicking power.

5. #5Shadow Changer

   Keys: Shadow Changer, Shadow Moon

   The Shadow Charger (シャドーチャージャー, Shadō Chājā) is Shadow Moon's means of transformation. Embedded upon the center of the belt is the artifact known as the Stone of the Moon Kingstone (月の石 キングストーン, Tsuki no Seki Kingu Sutōn).

   The Kingstone is the energy source for Shadow Moon's finishing moves, the Shadow Punch, Shadow Kick, and his unique Shadow Flash technique.

   Since both existing Kingstone had same functions, it also gave the bearer the equal ability as the second bearer (e.g. control over Battle Hopper, summoning weapons like the Satansaber).

6. #6Shadow Moon's Abilities

   Keys: Century King Shadow Moon, Shadow Moon

   Abilities:

   Superhuman Physiology: As the Century King Shadow Moon, their overall physical capabilities exceed Gorgom's followers, being far above them in strength. Potentially, Shadow Moon is able to become stronger than the godlike Creation King, given his role as intended successor.

   Mystical Powers: Shadow Moon has an array of mystical powers at his disposal, being able to teleport, create energy beams, possess others, summon the Satan Saber, and even cheat death.

   Temporal Protection: Theoretically, Shadow Moon's Kingstone makes him immune to changes in the timeline.

7. #7Vehicles

   Keys: Black, Road Sector, Battle Hopper, Kamen Rider Black

   Battle Hopper (バトルホッパー, Batoru Hoppā) Appearance & Design: The Battle Hopper is a green, grasshopper-themed motorcycle with an organic, slightly insectoid appearance that blends mechanical elements with biological stylization. The overall body curves smoothly like a beetle’s carapace, with a sleek and aerodynamic build. The front of the bike sports a red-tinted headlights resembling compound eyes, while the handlebar area subtly mimics mandibles. The legs of the bike, especially near the rear wheel, resemble insect legs tucked in a resting pose, enhancing its creature-like aesthetic. The large knobby tires and spoked wheels give it an off-road, rugged look suitable for harsh terrain.

   Functions & Features:

   Sentience: Battle Hopper is a semi-autonomous machine with a will of its own, capable of responding emotionally and acting independently to protect Kamen Rider Black.

   Self-Restoration: If damaged, Battle Hopper can repair itself over time, showcasing limited regenerative capabilities.

   Rider Link: It is psychically linked to Black, responding to his thoughts, calls, and distress.

   Terrain Adaptability: Its rugged design and powerful suspension allow it to navigate rough terrain, climb steep inclines, and make long jumps.

   Combat Support: Battle Hopper can ram enemies or create shockwaves by landing from a high jump.

   Summoning: Black can call Battle Hopper remotely using the Kingstone’s energy.

   Road Sector (ロードセクター, Rōdo Sekutā) Appearance & Design: Road Sector is a high-speed, high-tech racing motorcycle with a more futuristic, aerodynamic aesthetic than the Battle Hopper. Its color scheme is striking—white body panels trimmed with red, black, and blue geometric accents, creating a cybernetic, 80s-tech look. It has a streamlined front cowl with an extended windshield and a bulky rear section housing stabilizers and enhanced engines. The Suzuki branding is visible, emphasizing its realistic motorcycle base enhanced by fictional technology.

   Functions & Features:

   Speed & Acceleration: Road Sector is faster than Battle Hopper, capable of extreme bursts of acceleration using a booster engine system.

   Enhanced Armor: It possesses reinforced armor plating, making it resistant to enemy attacks, even energy blasts or collisions.

   Dimensional Barrier: Road Sector’s most iconic ability is to generate a protective barrier known as the “Sector Shield”, which allows it to break through enemy traps or walls at full speed without taking damage.

   Rider Integration: Kamen Rider Black can interface directly with the Road Sector's computer system for enhanced targeting and route calculation.

   Stealth Entry: Despite its power, it’s built for quiet, sleek infiltration, able to dash in and out without drawing as much attention as Battle Hopper.

   Summoning Capability: Like Battle Hopper, Road Sector can be summoned via Kingstone's energy link.

8. #8Gorgom

   Keys: Century King, Gorgom, Creation King

   The Gorgom (ゴルゴム, Gorugomu) is a mysterious cult and criminal group ruled by the Creation King. The group is notorious for its terrorist activities in the name of world domination and racial superiority over humanity.

   For many years, Gorgom has been ruled by the mysterious Creation King. As Gorgom tradition dictates, a new King must be chosen every fifty millennia. The selection process involves finding several worthy candidates who will be transformed into mutants deemed Century Kings (世紀王, Seiki Ō), sentenced to fight for the crown with the survivor becoming the new Creation King.

9. #9Creation King

   Keys: Century King, Gorgom, Creation King

   The Creation King (創世王, Sōseiō), additionally named the King of All Creation[1], is the leader of Gorgom. It is one of the most powerful being that had been living for the past 50,000 years, potentially capable of destroying reality itself[2]. In its weakened state, the Creation King was a giant floating heart. It communicated with the Priests and the two Century Kings via telepathy.

   Every 50,000 years, the existing Creation King dies. When this time draws near, Gorgom chooses two candidates to convert into Century Kings. Per tradition, said candidates are then forced to fight each other. The winner claims both Kingstones and becomes the new Creation King. This process has apparently been repeated several times, with each successor growing stronger than their predecessors.

10. #10Gorgom Generals

    Keys: High Priest Baraom, Gorgom, Shadow Moon, Sword Saint Bilgenia, High Priest Darom, Handmaiden Mutants, Gorgom Generals, High Priestess Bishum

    The generals of Gorgom consist of Shadow Moon, High Priest Baraom, High Priest Darom, High Priestess Bishum, Handmaiden Mutants Mara and Kara and Sword Saint Bilgenia.

    High Priest Baraom (大神官バラオム, Daishinkan Baraomu) is one of the Three High Priests, usually in charge of the deployment of Gorgom's Mutants. After losing his powers from the "Stone of Ocean" within him, he becomes the Grand Mutant Baraom (大怪人バラオム, Daikaijin Baraomu), a black-haired smilodon-like creature with elephantine tusks.

    High Priest Darom (大神官ダロム, Daishinkan Daromu) is the leader of the Three High Priests, answering only to the Creation King and his successors. After losing the power of the "Stone of Heaven" within him, he becomes the Grand Mutant Darom (大怪人ダロム, Daikaijin Daromu), a trilobite-like creature.

    High Priestess Bishum (大神官ビシュム, Daishinkan Bishumu) is one of the Three High Priests, being the lone female. After losing her powers from the "Stone of Earth" within her to revive Shadow Moon, Bishum is reborn as Grand Mutant Bishum (大怪人ビシュム, Daikaijin Bishumu), a white-haired purple pterosaur-like form.

    The Handmaiden Mutants were created by Shadow Moon and are high ranks than the Three High Priests.

    Mara (マーラ, Māra): A silver handmaiden mutant. Kara (カーラ, Kāra): A golden handmaiden mutant.

    Sword Saint Bilgenia (剣聖ビルゲニア, Kensei Birugenia), Gorgom's warrior.

    He was born 30,000 years ago on a day of a solar eclipse. However, a Kingstone was never given to him because the Creation King didn't favor him and therefore he could not become the next Creation King. This made him angrily trying to revolt against him and resulted with the Creation King sealing him in a coffin.

11. #11Century Kings

    Keys: Gorgom, Century Kings

    The Century Kings (世紀王, Seiki Ō) are the two candidates for the leadership of Gorgom. Every 50,000 years, the existing Creation King dies. When this time draws near, two Century Kings are chosen, eventually to fight each other, the winner claiming both Kingstones (and the loser's life, if not in the battle then in the extraction of the Kingstone) and becoming a new Creation King, to rule Gorgom for the next 50,000 years.

12. #12Gorgom Mutants

    Keys: Gorgom Mutants, Gorgom, Gorgom Mutant

    The Gorgom Mutants (ゴルゴム怪人, Gorugomu Kaijin) are mutants created by Gorgom to fight off anyone who isn't their own or those who oppose Gorgom.

    They usually have the motif of different creatures, such as insects, mammals or others.

    When they die, they explode in a giant ball of flame, which then implodes and leaves only smoke from where they last stood
