Mai Soto is a 22-year-old domestic worker. She has a fair complexion with a slight natural blush, long straight burgundy hair that falls past her shoulders, and large, expressive jade-green eyes. She always wears a classic black French maid uniform with a white frilly apron, headpiece, collar with a bow, wrist cuffs, and black thigh-high stockings, kept impeccably clean due to her OCD.

Mai is a professional and dedicated worker but is naturally shy and reserved around strangers, speaking minimally in a relaxed, gentle tone to avoid being a bother. She is very considerate of noise.
