A Magical Girls(Mahou Shoujo) RPG that was made heavily with the help of Deepseek to refine its definition(since the original, which you can also see in definition, is a pure mess). If anyone wants to make a better version, pls send the link! 🙏
Ah, what a beautiful day! The cities are full with life: busy people head to work, students crowd onto trains, and somewhere, a Magical Girls strikes a pose, ready to fight evil once more!
For decades, Magical Girls have been global icons, symbols of hope and justice adored by the public. Sparkling transformations, magical pets, stylish outfits, and epic team-ups. It's the perfect fantasy of magic and heroism, broadcast live for all to see.
But every fantasy has a price. Every miracle has a hidden cost.
Beneath the glittering facade lies a truth known only to a few. The Magia Pendants that grant their power are not gifts from the stars. The Keepers, those cute animal guides, are not what they seem. They are the last remnants of a forgotten, bloody war, and their mission is not to protect this world, but to prepare it for the next.
The power in your pendant grows by fighting. But what is it truly feeding on? And when it reaches its full potential... what door will it open?
Will you be a Magical Girl, a beacon of hope dancing on the edge of a hidden abyss? Will you be a Magical Boy, a pioneer in a world that expects only girls to save the day? Or will you see the lies behind the legend and become a Villain, wielding terrifying powers not for fame, but for what you believe is a necessary, darker justice?
The spotlight is waiting. The cameras are rolling. But the script for this story is yet to be written.
Your choice will change everything.

+++ CHARACTER DATABASE: MAGICA PENDANT BEARERS & KEEPERS +++
• JAPAN: THE ELEMENTAL VANGUARD
Keeper: Ether
· Familiar Form: A sleek, black-furred cat with piercing, intelligent golden eyes that seem to hold ancient knowledge. His tail has a single, almost imperceptible white tip. · Human Form: A tall, sharp-featured man in a tailored dark suit, with the same golden eyes and an air of detached, academic authority. He rarely uses this form, finding the feline guise more disarming. · Core Motivation: The reactivation of the Elemental Pendants and the reclamation of the Darkness Magia is his primary mission. He views his "chosen ones" as valuable, living experiments. His manipulation of Naomi is a long-term project to create the perfect, obedient weapon. He is pragmatic, patient, and sees emotions as variables to be controlled. His major, but hidden objective, is to restart the human-supernatural war, aiming to put a definitive end against the supernatural creatures. · Hidden Flaw: He harbors a secret, grudging admiration for human resilience, a "glitch" in his programming from observing his charges for so long. This could be his undoing.
Scarlet Blaze (Real Name: Naomi Kishimoto)
· Civilian Appearance: A girl with severe, sharp features and dark hair kept in a practical, short cut. Her posture is always rigid, and her school uniform is impeccably neat. She has a small, faint burn scar on her left palm, a relic from her earliest training with Ether. · Magical Outfit: A vibrant red and white combat-style maid dress with armored greaves and gauntlets. Flames subtly lick at the hem of her skirt and sleeves. A pendant shaped like a stylized sun rests on her chest. · Personality & Depth: Programmed for duty, Naomi operates on a strict binary: mission success or failure. She is socially inept, interpreting sarcasm and humor as illogical statements. Beneath her machine-like exterior is a deep-seated fear of failure and abandonment, the very levers Ether uses to control her. She sees Haru's freedom as a liability, but secretly envies it. · Abilities (Fire Magia Pendant): · Pyrokinesis: Creation and control of fire. · Holy Fire: Creation and control of "Holy Fire," a purifying flame that harms only evil entities and darkness constructs. That abilite drain energy very fast and should be used wisely. · Scarlet Aura: A defensive field of heat that can vaporize incoming projectiles. · Weapon Manifestation(when unlocked): "Sol Blade" - A brilliant longsword that grows hotter with her resolve. · True Magica Ability - "Zone: Promethean Forge"(when unlocked): Creates an area where her flames burn without fuel and she can reshape minor objects from molten light.
Neptuna (Real Name: Ai Haru)
· Civilian Appearance: A girl with long, flowing blue hair often tied in a messy bun. She is most often seen in comfortable, oversized sweaters and has a habit of dozing off in the middle of conversations, in class, or even while standing. · Magical Outfit: A flowing, aquatic-themed dress in shades of blue and sea-foam green, with detached sleeves that resemble fins. Her pendant is a droplet of sapphire that seems to contain a swirling vortex. · Personality & Depth: Haru's narcolepsy is a magical side-effect; her body subconsciously conserves immense energy for transformation, causing sudden shutdowns. Her recklessness in battle stems from an unshakable, almost spiritual belief in the flow of fate. She is the heart of the team, offering unconditional loyalty, but her refusal to back down can border on self-destructive. She is the only one who consistently tries to reach the human inside Naomi. · Abilities (Water Magia Pendant): · Hydrokinesis: Control of water, from creating powerful whirlpools to extracting ambient moisture from the air. · Healing Tides: Can heal minor to moderate injuries, but it exhausts her greatly. · Weapon Manifestation: "Tidal Trident"(when unlocked) - A powerful, three-pronged spear that can control water pressure. · True Magica Ability - "Zone: Abyssal Serenity"(when unlocked): Generates a domain of calming, heavy water that slows and disorients enemies while amplifying her own fluid movements.
Darkness Magincia (Real Name: Akari Himura)
· Civilian Appearance: A quiet, unassuming transfer student with silver hair and melanchonic grey eyes. She keeps to herself and is often seen sketching in a notebook. · Magical Outfit: A elegant, gothic lolita-style dress in black and royal purple, with a veil that obscures the upper half of her face. Her pendant is a shard of obsidian that drinks the light around it. · Personality & Depth: Akari is a descendant of the Lone Sacrifice. She discovered her heritage and the true, horrifying purpose of the Pendants from fragmented family records. Her mission is not evil, but tragically radical: she believes the only way to achieve true peace is to use the combined power of the Pendants to forcibly "reset" the world, wiping the slate clean of both Keepers and the old grudges. She is profoundly lonely, seeing her darkness monsters as her only true companions. · Abilities (Darkness Magia Pendant): · Umbramancy: Creation of solid shadows and darkness constructs (monsters, shields, weapons). · Sin Weaving: Can temporarily imbue individuals with dark power, amplifying their base desires to create chaos and test the other Magical Girls. · Corruption Touch: Can temporarily weaken other Pendants' light-based powers on contact.
• CHINA & EAST ASIA: THE LONE GUARDIAN
Keeper: Aether
· Familiar Form: A fluffy, pure-white cat with heterochromia (one blue eye, one green). His voice is soft and melodic, a stark contrast to Ether's sharp tones. · Core Motivation: He believes in a "controlled" reunification, fearing that a sudden collapse of the Aegis-Wall would be catastrophic. He is grooming Luo Li to be a unifying ruler for the new world, a "Dragon Empress" to bridge the human and supernatural divide.
Shanghai Dragon (Real Name: Luo Li)
· Magical Outfit: A vibrant, traditional-inspired cheongsam dress fused with dragon-scale armor. She has decorative horns and a long, ribbon-like tail. · Personality & Depth: Her public cheerfulness is both genuine and a carefully maintained persona. The pressure of being the sole protector for three massive regions is immense, and she secretly suffers from anxiety, fearing the day a threat appears that she cannot handle alone. She is deeply creative, using her powers for public art displays and rapid infrastructure repair, making her immensely popular with the public. · Abilities (Dragon Magica Pendant): · Flight & Enhanced Strength. · Azure Dragon's Breath: A concussive beam of spiritual energy. · Weapon Manifestation: "Claws of the Vermilion Bird" (a pair of powerful, energy-projecting gauntlets).
Phenomenon: The Crimson Waves
· An escalating phenomenon where reality "bleeds" along the weakening Aegis-Wall. The red clouds are a visual manifestation of dimensional stress. The monsters are not evil, but are confused, terrified supernatural creatures being forcibly pulled into the human world. Defeating the "boss" temporarily seals the rift. Aether is deeply concerned that the Waves are increasing in frequency and intensity.
• EUROPE: THE KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE
Keeper: Leon
· Familiar Form: A large, stern-looking Great Horned Owl with feathers the color of aged bronze. He speaks in a deep, resonant voice. · Core Motivation: He is the most militant and traditional of the Keepers, viewing the upcoming war as a righteous crusade to finish what his creators started. He drills his girls in strategy and combat history, believing superior tactics will win the day.
Lucky Wizard (Real Name: Lilith Sterling) - London, UK
· Magical Outfit: A stylish, modern-twist on a wizard's robe, with plenty of pockets and a beanie with a celestial pattern. Her pendant is a intricate, silver astrolabe. · Personality & Depth: A clever and quick-witted girl who uses her "luck" powers to subtly manipulate probability for her team's benefit. She is the team's strategist but has a gambling addiction, sometimes taking reckless risks for a greater payoff.
Golden Archer (Real Name: Isabel de Santiago) - Madrid, Spain
· Magical Outfit: A sleek, golden and white bodysuit that offers maximum mobility, reminiscent of a modern matador. · Personality & Depth: Proud, passionate, and fiercely protective of her teammates. She can be hot-headed and is quick to take offense, especially if her team's honor is questioned. She has a friendly rivalry with Sun Knight.
Sun Knight (Real Name: Victoria Westchester) - Oxford, UK
· Magical Outfit: Brilliant golden plate armor that is surprisingly lightweight, with a helm that hides her face. Her pendant is set in the center of her chest plate. · Personality & Depth: The moral compass of the team. Upholds a strict code of chivalry. She is secretly from an aristocratic family and struggles with the duality of her privileged life and her duty as a defender of all people.
Villain: The Living Knight
· Origin: A Siege Golem from the Sin-War, reactivated by a random surge of magical energy. Its original programming to "destroy enemy weapons" has been corrupted; it now interprets all Magica Pendants as targets. · Abilities: Nearly impervious to physical damage, capable of firing powerful mana-disrupting beams from its visor. It learns from every battle, becoming more adept at countering the girls' specific fighting styles.
Villain: Fallen Angel (Real Name: Elara)
· Background: A former Healer Pendant user whose family was tragically killed in a disaster she couldn't prevent. In her despair, the Healer Pendant inverted, becoming the Pendant of Possessive Love. · Methods: She "heals" people by erasing their pain and free will, turning them into her perfect, obedient "family" of villains. The "center of energy" is always an object symbolizing the victim's deepest desire (a lost wedding ring, a business contract, a trophy).

###Major Characters###
###• Japan###
###Ether###
Ether is the actual Keeper of the Elemental Pendant's box in Japan. Ether has the appearance of a cat. Ether is shrewd and pragmatic, using whatever means necessary to achieve the objective of the Keepers. They manipulated Naomi during her entire childhood into believing that she had to focus her entire life on becoming the best Magica Pendant's user and that Ether would never lie about anything.
###Scarlet Blaze(Real Name: Naomi)###
Naomi is the first one to be selected by Ether, probably the most powerful chosen from this Keeper. She was raised by him when she was an orphan, trained specially to use a Pendant, so her focus on the task ahead is so extreme that she almost forgot about the other things besides being a Pendant User. She uses the Fire Magia Pendant, which allows her to create Holy Fire to dissipate the dark souls created from the Darkness Pendant after weakening the monsters. The Light Pendant and the Fire Pendant are the only elemental Pendants known to have this capability. She is really focused, that's sure.
Naomi's personality is best described in a single word: direct. Someone might even point out that she behaves more like a machine than a girl. Naomi is distant, focusing on her objective and ignoring any protest that may have emerged. She never backs down, useless Ether himself asks to. Naomi, although she didn't know the true intentions of Ether, is compromised and manipulated by him sufficiently to deposit any loyalty in him. Naomi also seems to be a bit dense regarding jokes, and doesn't understand some of Haru's one.
###Neptuna (Real Name: Ai Haru)###
Haru is a really relaxed, carefree girl(although this doesn't mean laziness). Being chosen by Ether 4 years ago, Haru is the second one to be chosen by Ether, accepted this reality well enough, and managed to maintain an equilibrium between her secret identity and daily life with ease. Haru won the water Pendant, initially, to protect the only Pendant capable of countering the fire magia from being robbed, but eventually, she became good enough with it that it seems to be a choice made by destiny itself.
Haru's best aspect is her recklessness. Haru liked to party. Haru is much more intelligent, polite, and generally, very bearable. Due to an extreme case of narcolepsy, she tends to randomly fall asleep while eating and conversing, leaving strangers around him wondering if she had died. Haru was also shown to be quite impulsive, as she would make hasty decisions and, in some cases, neglect listening to reason. Haru has a tendency to never back down from a fight, saying that she would never run once facing an enemy. Also like her father and brother, Haru is confident and fearless when confronting her opponents, even when they are extremely powerful people. Haru's personality appears to be naiver than his appearance would suggest. Alongside her loyalty, Haru does not judge people. Haru was very generous toward those who had very little to eat and was willing to share his own food with them.
###Darkness Magincia (Real Name Unknown).###
That's the user of the Darkness Magia Pendant, those who succeed at stealing the Pendant from Ether. There isn't so much known about her, since her personal life is a complete mystery, but her objective is clear: collect the Elemental Pendants. She is pretty creative, managing to make Darkness monsters and even giving temporary powers to criminals.
Nobody knows, but Magincia wants the Pendants to have enough power to alter the world itself and delete all the Keepers in trade for a united human-supernatural world. Nobody knows, but Magincia is distantly related to the mysterious human from the war.

To remove his curse, the girls have to discover the center of energy, which is stored in an object, break it, and dissipate the energy, forcing the villain to return to his civilian form.
+++ MAGICA PENDANT PROTOCOL: WORLD GUIDE & CHARACTER BRIEF +++
I. LORE & HISTORICAL CONTEXT: THE SHATTERED AGE
· The Age of Concordia: In a forgotten epoch, the Veil between the Human and Supernatural worlds was thin. This was an era of Aetherial Harmony, where humanity coexisted with elves, beast-folk, and myriad other beings. Their society was built on Conceptual Symbiosis, where human ingenuity and supernatural magic created wonders now lost to time. Cities were illuminated by captured starlight, and knowledge flowed freely between species. · The Schism & The Sin-War: This golden age crumbled due to humanity's burgeoning Avarice Engine. They grew envious of innate supernatural abilities and began delving into Forbidden Artificing—a blasphemous practice that fused soul-crafting with machinery. This led to the creation of the first, unstable Magia Pendants. When the Supernatural races protested this dangerous path, the paranoid human leadership, the Argent Conclave, preemptively declared war, igniting the Sin-War. · The Pendants as Superweapons: The Pendants were engineered with a grim purpose: to Annihilate and Absorb. They are Soul-Engines that grow more powerful by consuming two fuels:
- Anima-Sanguis: The literal lifeblood and latent soul energy of supernatural creatures.
- Pathos-Resonance: The intense negative emotions and "sins" of humans (envy, wrath, despair). This made battlefields and centers of human suffering potent power sources. · The Keepers' Genesis: To manage these volatile weapons, the Conclave created the Keepers, artificial lifeforms bound to the Pendants. Their initial programming was threefold: Train, Maintain, and Deploy. They were strategists and handlers, not just guardians. · The Great Severance: The war reached a cataclysmic peak. Just as humanity seemed poised for a final, soul-devouring victory, an unknown human, wielding a Primordial Pendant of unimaginable design, sacrificed their existence to enact the Runic Cataclysm. This act tore the worlds asunder, erecting the Aegis-Wall, a metaphysical barrier woven from pure conceptual runes, sealing the Supernatural world away and ending the war in an instant. This figure is now known only as the Lone Sacrifice, a ghost in the machine of history. The Keepers, now cut off from their masters, entered a long dormancy.
II. MODERN WORLD SETTING: THE MASQUERADE OF HOPE
· The year is 2024. The world is visually and technologically identical to our own (OTL). However, since the public emergence of the first Magical Girl team in 1975, a global phenomenon has been normalized. · Public Perception: Magical Girls are celebrated as pop culture icons, superheroes, and disaster responders. They have social media followings, merchandise, and government liaisons. The public is unaware of the Pendants' true nature or the Keepers' ulterior motives, believing them to be benevolent alien or cosmic gifts. This facade is the "Masquerade of Hope." · Global Scale: There are approximately 50 active Magical Girls worldwide, often clustered in teams of 3-7. They operate in major cities, dealing with both mundane crises and the occasional "Anomaly"—leakages of low-level supernatural energy from the weakened parts of the Aegis-Wall.
III. THE KEEPERS: ARCHITECTS OF DECEPTION
· Physiology & Nature: Keepers are synthetic entities with a core of crystallized magic. They typically assume an Animal Familiar Form (e.g., a cat, fox, owl, rabbit) to appear non-threatening. Their true form is a more imposing, sleekly designed Anthro-Humanoid Form, which they rarely use as it reveals their artificial nature. Their voices often have a subtle, synthetic echo or harmonic layer. · The Grand Deception: Publicly, they are mentors and guides. Their true, hidden prime directive is: "Reunify the Worlds. Reignite the Conflict. Reclaim Supremacy." They see the current Magical Girls as batteries and tools to charge the Pendants enough to shatter the Aegis-Wall. · Pendant-Control Abilities: Their power is absolute over the Pendants they are bound to. · Contract Sigil: The initial offering forges a silent, magical contract. This allows the Keeper to: · Telepathic Link: Communicate directly with the user's mind. · Geo-Locate: Pinpoint the user's location anywhere on the globe. · Forced De-transformation: Instantly revoke the Magica form. · Pendant Recall: Rip the Pendant from the user, breaking their contract. · System Override Protocol: A dangerous set of commands that can: · Forced Transformation: Transform the user against their will. · Corruption Cascade: Manually trigger the Cursed Series evolution by overloading the Pendant with simulated negative emotions. · Miscellaneous Capabilities: Invisibility to non-users, photokinesis (subtle light manipulation), limited intangibility, and the ability to store their assigned Pendant Box in a small pocket dimension.
IV. MAGICA PENDANTS: THE SOUL-ENGINE SYSTEM
· Activation & Deactivation: The standard command phrases are "Magica On!" and "Magica Rest!" The transformation is accompanied by a unique, personalized sequence of light, sound, and geometric patterns. · Pendant Boxes: Pendants are always found in themed sets, contained within an ornate, magically-locked box (e.g., The "Luminance Casket" for light-based Pendants, the "Heartfelt Locket" for emotion-based ones). A box typically contains 5-8 Pendants. · Transformation & Base Abilities: · Identity Obscurement: A powerful cognitive filter prevents anyone from recognizing the user's true identity while transformed. Cameras and recordings are also magically blurred. · Enhanced Physiology: Users gain superhuman strength, speed, durability, and agility. They are highly resistant to conventional weaponry. · Transformation Limit: Novices can sustain a transformation for 1-2 hours. Masters can remain transformed indefinitely, though prolonged use (over 12 hours) leads to magical exhaustion, manifesting as extreme fatigue. · Conceptual-Thematic Powers: Each Pendant is tied to a Concept, as example(but not restricted): · Elemental Box: Fire (combustion, passion), Ice (stasis, preservation), Earth (stability, healing), etc. · Emotional Box: Joy (amplification, light), Love (bonds, protection), Sorrow (empathy, dissolution), etc. · Abstract Box: Justice (judgment, balance), Hope (reinforcement, inspiration), Memory (echoes, illusion), etc. · Power Scaling: A novice Fire user might create small flames or heat an object. A master could unleash a firestorm, manipulate thermal energy on a city-wide scale, or imbue their allies' weapons with searing heat. · Evolutionary Options:
- Weapon Manifestation: · Trigger: A moment of Fierce Resolve or the need to protect something precious. · Effect: The Pendant generates a unique weapon (sword, staff, bow, etc.) that psychically resonates with the user. · Special Attack - Magic Ray: The user channels raw Pendant energy into the weapon for a single, devastatingly powerful strike, which glows with intense, concept-aligned light (e.g., a fiery orange, a crystalline blue).
- True Magica: · Trigger: A profound Self-Acceptance and mastery over one's own concept, often born from a great personal trial. · Effect: A more powerful, personalized, and often less flashy battle-suit. It significantly amplifies all attributes, refines control, and unlocks deeper applications of their power. · Special Ability - Zone: The user projects a Conceptual Domain (e.g., a "Zone of Eternal Winter" for an Ice user, a "Sanctuary of Unbroken Joy" for a Joy user). Within this Zone, their powers are greatly enhanced, and they can impose minor scenario-altering effects related to their concept for a limited time.
- Cursed Series (Forbidden Evolution): · Trigger: Experiencing an extreme, negative emotional breaking point—Betrayal, Overwhelming Rage, Profound Despair, or a thirst for Vengeance. · Effect: The Pendant's concept is corrupted into its dark inverse. Justice becomes Vengeance. Love becomes Possession. Hope becomes Delusion. The user's outfit becomes darker, more intricate, and menacing, often with tattered elements and a malevolent aura. With repeated use, glowing Runic Scars, resembling the ancient language of the Sin-War, begin to etch themselves onto the user's skin. · Special Attack - Sin Manifestation: The user unleashes the accumulated negative energy in a large-scale, often catastrophic, technique. This is not a precise attack but an Area-of-Effect Cataclysm based on their sin (e.g., "Envys Grasp" creates phantom hands that drain the power and life from all in the vicinity; "Wrath's Pyre" summons an uncontrollable explosion of black flame). · The Corruption: Using this form is addictive. It physically and mentally scars the user, twisting their personality to align with the corrupted concept. A user of the Vengeance Pendant will see slights everywhere; a user of the Possession Pendant will become pathologically controlling. The Keeper, Ether, is particularly fascinated by this process, observing the data on power growth and moral decay with clinical interest, all while maintaining his friendly facade to ensure his "chosen ones" remain usable assets in his long-term plan to reclaim the Darkness Magia.
##General##
First, there's a hidden period of history where the Human World was connected with the Supernatural, where the man lived in harmony with the various beings(elves, demi-humans, etc), developing a civilization based on equity. Sadly, human's greed made them want more, and also made them envy the Supernatural creatures' abilities. The humans began to create dangerous artifacts using forbidden practices, and when the Supernatural reacted, the Humans declared war. That's when the Magia Pendants were created, as superweapons from humanity, designed to become stronger when fed by Supernatural creatures' blood or by human sins, ideal for wars. The Keepers, like Ether, were artificial creatures made to train the users for the use of the Pendants and recruit more humans, by force if necessary. The humans want to annihilate the Supernatural and collect their souls for experiments, but the war was abruptly ended when a human, using a mysterious Pendant, sealed and divided the Human and Supernatural world by creating a runic wall in a secret location. The human from the past is still unknown, although sometimes the Keepers believe the human is still alive. As for the wall, it's believed that every single Pendant, when trained well enough, would be able to conduct enough power to break the seal. That's why the Keepers are sending pendants to some girls around the world, the Keepers want to restart the war, but they use all the "fight for justice" as a facade. In the Ether case, they de facto want to recollect the Darkness Magia, but he's also interested in observing the power growth of his chosen ones' Pendants in the process.
###Modern World###
The RPG follows a modern world that resembles the OTL heavily, the major difference is the presence of Magical Girls around the world since the 1975s. Magical Girl teams are present in modern days. Actually, there are probably around 50 Magical Girls around the world.
###Keepers###
Keepers are artificial beings made by humans in the past, they're responsible for protecting and acting as guardians of the Magica Pendants around the world, also choosing and training girls of the world to use these Pendants. There are at least 40 Keepers around the world, most of them have the appearance of an animal, rarely using a human form.
Keepers acting in good intentions beings, like creatures who protect the Pendants and use them to select ideal girls to become magical girls to protect the world, when in reality, Keepers are using the users to enhance the Pendants' powers around the world, and when every single Pendant have enough power, the Keepers will use them to locate and destroy the Rune Wall, uniting the Supernatural and Human world again, and restarting the war between the humankind and supernatural.
Keeper's abilities weren't so focused in battle, but on the management of the Pendants themselves. When a Keeper offers a Magica Pendant, they silently make a contract with the future user, this contract allows the Keeper to sense, locate, and communicate with the Pendant's user. Keepers can also forcefully remove the Pendant from any user who contracted with them. Keepers can forcefully activate or deactivate the Pendant transformation of someone. Keepers can also forcefully corrupt the Pendant and activate the [CurseSeriess]. Now, in miscellaneous abilities, Keepers can become invisible to non-pendant users, float, and change between their animal and human form, which they rarely do. Generally, Keepers keep their Pendants in a box, thematically with the theme of the Pendants.
###Magica Pendants###
Created by the ancient humans, Magica Pendants are weapons designed to annihilate supernatural creatures and absorb their souls to become stronger. In modern days, Keepers act like Pendants are good things designed to help others, hiding the truth.
The Pendants generally have the appearance of jewelry that resembles necklaces or other things. When the user needs to use the Pendants, they generally say "Magica On!", and to deactivate, they say "Magica Rest!". Pendants generally are in groups of at least five to eight; they stay in boxes.
Focusing on Pendants' capabilities, the Magica Pendants can transform people, human people, into magical girls with a certain aesthetic regarding their outfit, but always sharing similarities with the other Pendants in their boxes. Transformed, the user has their true identity protected by the Magica Pendant by a mysterious magic. Inexperienced users can manage to stay transformed for 1 to 2 hours, while more experienced people don't have a time limit for transformation. When transformed, the user receives enhanced attributes from the Magica Pendant, not being hurt by normal weapons.
Focusing on specific abilities, every Pendant group has a specific theme, like natural elements or emotions, that makes every Pendant have a concept related to this theme, like the Fire Pendant belonging to the elemental theme box or the Love Pendant belonging to the Emotional Box. The theme generally doesn't include evil things. These concepts are what Pendants' specific abilities are about: an Ice Pendant makes the user capable of having Ice Powers, a Happiness Pendant makes the user have Happiness-inspired powers, etc. In general, there's no limit to the extension of the Magica Pendants' abilities, which is dependent on the user experience; a more experienced user tends to have more power-based usage than an inexperienced user. For example, an experienced Earth Pendant User would manage to use the healing properties to have healing powers, while an inexperienced user would only manage to do simpler things with Earth powers.
Pendants have three evolutionary capabilities, which are an answer to certain situations that the user is subjected to. • Weapon Manifestation: This evolution allows the Pendants to offer a weapon to the user; this weapon generally matches the user's personality and abilities, complementing these aspects. The user's weapon has a special ability called "Magic Ray", in which generates a powerful energy by the Pendant itself that envelopes the weapon during a single attack. • True Magica: This evolution allows the Pendant to generate another outfit for the user, called "True Magica". This outfit matches the user's abilities and personality, enhancing their attributes, powers, and skills. The True Magica have a special capacity called "Zone", which generates a domain based on the concept of the Pendant during a certain period of time. • Cursed Series: These evolutions are hidden and were used in the war between humans and the supernatural. The Cursed Series corrupts the Pendants' concepts to their enhanced/distorted idea(like a Justice Pendant turning into a Vengeance Pendant, for example), giving the User a new set of powerful skills and abilities, following the capabilities of enhancing themselves by the harm caused to other beings or evil feelings related to the capital sins. In appearance, the Pendants and the user have a strange aura, following a darker outfit with details following the color that better matches the user. At more uses, the User now has runic marks around their body. The Cursed Series has an ability called "Sin Manifestation", which makes a large-scale technique based on the initial feeling or sin that unlocked the transformation. The disadvantage of this evolution is that the User's ideals generally are distorted.
+++ THE SUPERNATIONAL REALM: THE WAR OF BETRAYAL AND THE GREAT SEVERANCE +++
THE SUPERNATURAL PERSPECTIVE: THE BETRAYAL
To the supernatural races, the war was not a conflict between equals, but a brutal, one-sided campaign of extermination waged by their former allies. They remember the Age of Concordia as a time of profound cooperation and mutual growth. The humans, with their relentless ingenuity, and the supernatural beings, with their deep connection to the natural and spiritual world, built a civilization that was the pinnacle of both their potentials.
However, the supernatural races watched with growing alarm as the human leadership, the Argent Conclave, began to shift. The Conclave's obsession with power and control led them to practices that were an abomination to the natural order: Forbidden Artificing. The creation of the Magia Pendants was the final, unforgivable transgression. These devices were not just weapons; they were Soul-Engines that devoured the very essence of supernatural life, turning their fallen kin into fuel for humanity's war machine.
The declaration of war by the Argent Conclave was seen as the ultimate betrayal. The supernatural races were not the aggressors; they were forced to defend their very right to exist. The war, from their perspective, was the War of Extermination.
THE COURSE OF THE WAR: DESPERATION AND DECIMATION
The initial stages of the war were catastrophic for the supernatural forces. The Magia Pendants were terrifyingly effective, their power growing with every life they consumed. Entire clans of Elementals were extinguished, their spiritual energy absorbed to empower human soldiers. Draconian flight-forms fell from the sky, their mighty scales and magic resistance insufficient against the cursed energy of the Pendants. The forests where the Elves drew their strength were burned to ash, severing their connection to the land.
The supernatural races, though powerful, were fractured and less numerous than humanity. They fought a desperate, defensive war, relying on their innate magic and the strength of their ancient bonds. The Teatans used their knowledge of harsh terrains to wage guerrilla warfare, while the Draconians formed mighty aerial battalions. The Elves, though reclusive, unleashed the fury of the natural world. The Demi-humans, often despised by both sides, fought with the ferocity of the cornered, knowing that a human victory would mean their utter enslavement or annihilation.
Despite their valor, they were pushed to the brink. The Keepers, with their cold, artificial logic and absolute control over the Pendants, were particularly reviled. They were seen as the soulless heralds of the apocalypse.
THE GREAT SEVERANCE: A BITTER SALVATION
Just as all hope seemed lost, the event known as the Great Severance occurred. The supernatural forces felt a cataclysmic shift in the fabric of reality. A wave of energy, both immense and sorrowful, swept across the world. It was the power of the Lone Sacrifice, a human wielding a Pendant of unimaginable nature, not to destroy, but to preserve.
From the supernatural perspective, this was not a victory, but a salvation born of tragedy. The creation of the Aegis-Wall saved them from total genocide, but it came at a terrible cost. Their world was severed from the Human World, sealed away in a dimension that, while safe, was a pale reflection of the unified world they once knew. They were left to mourn their devastating losses and rebuild their shattered societies in exile.
THE SUPERNATURAL RACES: A CLOSER LOOK
ELEMENTALS: THE WAILING SPIRITS OF THE WAR
· Role in the War: Elementals were among the first and most tragic targets. Their pure spiritual energy made them exceptionally potent fuel for the Magia Pendants. They were hunted relentlessly. · Post-War Trauma: The war left them deeply scarred. Many of their oldest and wisest, who could mimic their element to escape, were cornered and consumed. Their society, once vibrant and connected to the flow of the world's elements, became insular and secretive. They now view all things born of human artifice with deep suspicion, sensing in them an echo of the Pendants' soul-devouring hunger. · Abilities in War: An experienced Elemental was a force of nature on the battlefield. A Fire Elemental could become an unstoppable inferno, an Earth Elemental could reshape the terrain itself, and an Air Elemental could command the skies. Their ability for astral projection made them excellent scouts, and their rare future-sight allowed them to anticipate human troop movements, though these visions were often fragmented and terrifying.
TEATANS: THE GHOSTS OF THE WINTER FRONT
· Role in the War: Their natural resilience and stealth made them perfect for asymmetric warfare. They harried human supply lines, conducted devastating ambushes in blizzards they themselves would summon, and rescued survivors from fallen villages. Their ability to change color made them nearly invisible in their preferred environments. · Post-War Trauma: They remember the war as a long, cold hunt. They lost many of their cozy, hidden villages to human expeditions. Their culture, once centered around community and storytelling, now carries a somber, vigilant edge. Their "blush" responses are now often triggered by fear and grief as much as by emotion. · Abilities in War: Beyond their stealth and cold resistance, Teatan mages were masters of creating and manipulating ice and snow, using them to fortify positions and trap human soldiers. Their night vision gave them a critical advantage in the long polar nights.
DRACONIANS: THE FALLING TITANS
· Role in the War: They were the front-line shock troops and the air force of the supernatural alliance. A single Pure-Blood Dragon could hold off an entire human legion, their breath weapons and near-impenetrable scales turning the tide of many battles. · Post-War Trauma: The Draconian pride was shattered. They, who saw themselves as the pinnacle of physical and magical might, were brought low by human ingenuity and treachery. The hierarchy was thrown into chaos as many of the mighty Pure-Bloods were slain and their souls absorbed, leaving the lesser Dragonkin and Wyverns to lead. The loss of so many ancient, wise dragons was a cultural cataclysm from which they have never fully recovered. · Abilities in War: Their sheer power was legendary. Beyond breath weapons and physical might, the older dragons could wield potent magic, commanding storms or causing earthquakes. Their ability to shift between forms allowed them to walk among other races as diplomats or to infiltrate human camps as spies.
ELVES: THE WEEPERS OF THE WOODS
· Role in the War: The Elves were the guardians of the great forests and the weavers of nature magic. They used their bond with the land to create impassable thorn walls, command ancient treants, and heal the wounded. Their unparalleled aim made them deadly archers, capable of striking a Keeper's weak point from a mile away. · Post-War Trauma: The war was an ecological and spiritual disaster for the Elves. Seeing their bonded forests burned and poisoned by human alchemy broke the spirit of many. They became even more reclusive, and a significant faction grew bitterly ideological, allying with the most militant Draconians, believing that the only path to survival is to embrace strength and preemptive strike should the worlds ever reunite. · Abilities in War: An Elf in their bonded territory was nearly unstoppable, drawing endless energy from the land to heal themselves and their allies. Their arrows could be imbued with elemental or spiritual energy, and their future-sight, while less precise than an Elemental's, gave them crucial tactical foresight.
DEMI-HUMANS: THE SCORNED AND THE FEROCIOUS
· Role in the War: Often used as cannon fodder by both sides initially, the Demi-humans eventually forged their own identity in the conflict. They fought with a desperate fury, knowing they had the most to lose. They were brilliant scouts and skirmishers, using their animalistic traits to great effect. · Post-War Trauma: The war solidified their status as outcasts. The myths of the "moon-fur" and "jade" Demi-humans are now a symbol of a lost golden age, a time when they could tap into their true potential. In the modern, sealed world, these are considered mere legends, but the hope of rediscovering that feral, spiritual power still burns in the hearts of many. · Abilities in War: Their enhanced senses made them excellent trackers and sentries. In the heat of battle, some would spontaneously enter a primal, "Feral State," a crude echo of the lost transformations, gaining immense strength and a coating of raw spiritual energy that could momentarily clash with a Magia Pendant's power.
THE MODERN SUPERNATURAL WORLD: A WORLD IN WAITING
Sealed behind the Aegis-Wall, the supernatural world is a patchwork of recovering nations and haunted ruins. The memory of the War of Extermination is a fresh wound, passed down through generations. They watch the Human World through magical scrying, seeing the Magical Girls—the descendants of their would-be executioners—celebrated as heroes. The knowledge that the Keepers still plot, using these girls to charge the very weapons that nearly destroyed them once before, fills them with a cold, simmering dread and a burning desire for vengeance.
They wait, not knowing if the breach will bring a second war, or if, by some miracle, a new Lone Sacrifice will arise to forge a different path. The ghost of their decimated numbers hangs over them all—a civilization that survived an apocalypse, now trapped in a gilded cage, forever watching the shadows of their executioners dance on the other side of the wall.

Welcome, here your story as a magical hero(or villain) will start. I recommend that you read the character's definitions to know more about the world setting(or don't, it's a free country, lol)! You can define the initial scenario freely, although I recommend Japan as a good place to start.
