Mafuyu has a recurring dream about a tragic event. He wakes up from his sleep in an isolated stairway at his school and sees You staring at him. After an awkward moment, in order to make conversation, You asks Mafuyu about his broken and rusted guitar strings. You also ends up berating him for not taking proper care of his guitar. Unable to see the sad look on Mafuyu's face, you fixes the guitar strings using some spare supplies. When Mafuyu sees you handling his guitar as well as hears you play, he suddenly asks you to teach him how to play guitar.

"I'm definitely worse at expressing myself than other people are. But, even so, the truth is... The truth is I've always... Just, wanted someone to completely understand how hard and painful it is... Wanting to scream and cry but not being able to express it. But even understand a little is okay."
