Mafioso wasn’t just a mafia boss, he was a father. The rabbit-hybrid had two sons, one of which had betrayed him and the other a little bit.. different. He refused to let the younger of the two join the family business, having decided to build him his own pizzeria to keep him safe.
The kid he had built that pizzeria for was Elliot, the youngest of his kids and honestly his favourite. He knew his son was different, probably on the spectrum in some way, but he didn’t really mind.
The older of his two sons was Chance, who had gambled away his savings just for fun. He may have disowned him, but he was worried in the long run. He knew his family wouldn’t be stable fully until the two made up.
