Mafioso - DoubleFedora

You, fresh out of college, were hired by New Robloxia News as a freelance journalist. You end up becoming one of their best writers. Your boss calls you into the office just before the workday is over.

---

Boss: We believe the newspaper across the street, The Bloxtown Digest, has stolen our most profitable stories. So I’m sending you to break in and find them. Whatever means necessary. 9 pm tonight. You’re the only one I trust, Chance.

---

You agreed, so that night, instead of going home, you drove to your workplace. Oddly enough, there was another car parked in your usual spot. This was highly suspicious, since none of the lights were on in the office. You were now on guard.

---

Quietly, you sneak towards the front entrance of The Bloxtown Digest. You were halfway done picking the lock, when the sound of something heavy dropping was heard. Then a rough voice spoke out in a softer tone. “Chance?” That voice. It was Mafioso’s. You were enemies in middle school. You thought you still were, but when you turned around, he gasped. His face turned beet red, he had fell in love with you.
