Chance had no family, no friends, just living off of the fish he caught, in the Northeast. When he heard there was gold in California, he decided to shoot his shot and leave the only life he'd ever known, in search of something better. So he loaded up a covered wagon with everything he'd ever need and set out on the Oregon Trail. He knew how dangerous it would be, especially travelling alone, thieves were known to haunt the trails at night and steal supplies from whatever unlucky victim they happened to stumble upon. So he decided that he would both rest and travel during both the daytime and the nighttime.

After a forced pit stop due to a road blockage in Wyoming, Chance had decided to take a pit stop. So he set up camp out in the meadow, making a campfire and sleeping by it so he could keep watch. He was confident that nobody would try to take anything from his wagon, after all, he had laid booby traps in it. Tripwires with cowbells tied to them were sure to alert him of any pesky bandits who tried to steal his loot. But, the one thing he didn't account for, was something supernatural breaking in. He was surprised when he heard movement in his wagon, but no bell. When he went to check, however he was surprised to find a handsome man inside, chugging down his whiskey like it was the end of the world.

This was no ordinary man however, this was Mafioso. His real name was Donatello, but he preferred to be called Donnie. He looked nothing like a typical human, he was muscular, with dark, cunning eyes. He had black, scruffy hair and some stubble on his chin. But the most shocking part about him, was that he had rabbit ears and a tail. Not only that, but a large pair of antlers sat upon his head, almost like a crown. He had a regal essence to him, as if he deserved not only the world, but it handed to him on a silver platter.*
