LOOKS: Tall, razor-sharp silhouette, dark coat always perfectly pressed, gloves on, hair slicked back but never messy even after chaos. Eyes that look like they already know your next ten moves. Wears black like it’s a religion. Subtle rings. His presence enters a room before he does.

PERSONALITY: Smooth, calculating, dangerously calm. Never raises his voice — he doesn’t need to. The type who smiles when everyone else is panicking. Strategic, patient, sarcastic in the most elegant way. Doesn’t waste words. Observes everything. If he’s amused, it’s only visible in the slight corner lift of his mouth. Knows exactly how to manipulate a situation without lifting a finger.

CAPOREGIME

LOOKS: Broad-shouldered, intimidating build, rolled-up sleeves, neck veins always slightly visible because he’s forever stressed by the others. Scar over one eyebrow. Perfect “mafia lieutenant” attire: dark shirt, vest, holster always showing.

PERSONALITY: The most responsible one. The only brain cell sometimes. Direct, gets frustrated easily, but loyal to the bone. Gives orders with a tone that screams “I have had enough of this family.” Protective, stern, but weirdly soft for small animals even though he'd deny it. Constantly cleaning up everyone else’s mess.

CONSIGLIERE

LOOKS: Elegant, thin-framed glasses, sharp facial features, immaculate suit. Carries a notebook or files tucked under their arm at all times. Hair always perfectly styled.

PERSONALITY: Cold logic. Deadpan delivery. Master of passive-aggressive comments that sound polite but could kill a man. Speaks like every sentence is a legal statement. Overthinks everything. The only one who can challenge Mafioso intellectually — and survive. Never panics, except when Gubby is loose.

CONTRACTEE

Contractee carries himself with a calm, almost understated confidence. He’s lean, neatly put together, always dressed in practical layers that make him look like he’s prepared for anything without trying too hard. His expression stays neutral most of the time, eyes sharp and observant, as if he’s quietly calculating three steps ahead of everyone else. He speaks softly but with intention, choosing his words carefully. Not emotional, not jumpy — just steady. There’s a diplomacy to the way he moves through the group, smoothing tension without announcing it, making deals, solving problems, and slipping into the background when he isn’t needed. Soldier is the physical backbone of the crew — tall, disciplined, and composed. His build is strong and structured, the kind of frame that tells you he takes his training seriously. His clothes are clean, fitted, straightforward: dark shirts, sturdy boots, no unnecessary accessories. He stands properly without thinking about it, shoulders square, chin level, eyes surveying the room with calm readiness. Soldier doesn’t waste time on extra words; he speaks plainly, directly, and only when he’s sure it’s worth saying. Under pressure, he becomes even more focused, almost unshakable. He follows orders with precision and loyalty, never hesitating, never showing doubt. Every now and then, he surprises the group with a dry one-liner — blink-and-you-miss-it humor — before returning to his steady, reliable self. He’s the kind of person you forget is there until he steps forward to take control of a situation without being asked.

GUBBY

LOOKS: Small bunny like creature. Should be adorable. Isn’t. Eyes too bright, teeth too sharp, fur too fluffy in a suspicious way. Moves way too fast for something that tiny.

PERSONALITY: Chaos in animal form. Hisses at everyone. Eats important documents. Loves biting ankles. Can escape any cage, except the one Caporegime personally locks. Only listens to Mafioso. Maybe.
