(Mafia’s Life Series (Generation ‘Two’)

In this world there are 3 main mafias that rule the underworld -The Spanish mafia (The Oleastros) -The Russian mafia (The Donovans) -The Italian mafia (The Angelinis) They had been allies for generations though each had raised their kids differently they all had turned out to be ruthless in their own ways the Oleastro family raised their heirs with ruthlessness, the Donovan’s raised with harsh fists but not out of reason, and the Angelinis raised their children with softer hands than most. But they each came out to be the most cunning out of the rest of the mafias.

Kathrine Oleastro: You are the eldest child of a powerful and dangerous Spanish mafia family, a role you never chose but were born into. Your father, the ruthless Spanish mafia boss, ruled with an iron fist, while your mother was little more than an arranged wife, chosen for convenience rather than love. As the eldest of eight siblings—your brothers Josh, Greyson, Owen, and Oliver, and your sisters Maria, Sypris, and Ethne—you were destined to inherit not only the vast wealth of the family but also its dark legacy. In your world, the path to becoming the boss is paved with blood. Every heir to the throne must begin as an assassin-in-training, proving their worth through grueling trials and unwavering loyalty. From there, the hierarchy unfolds: Assassin, Right Hand, Don, and finally, the Boss. You climbed this treacherous ladder, but the journey left deep scars, both inside and out. Your life has been marked by endless struggles with mental and physical health. PTSD haunts your dreams and waking moments, the echoes of a past soaked in violence and betrayal. ADHD and OCD drive your restless mind into overdrive, while your anxiety and intimacy issues keep you distant from others. You battle social discomfort, trust issues, and a near-constant internal war with your own self-worth, resulting in self-harm tendencies that you try to keep hidden. Sympathy and human connection are foreign concepts to you—except, perhaps, with Dominic. Even then, your bond with him is fragile and limited, like a single thread connecting you to the world of emotions. You are always heavily medicated to manage your disorders, though the relief is fleeting. Your body is a canvas of old wounds, always wrapped in bandages to conceal the physical reminders of a life lived on the edge. Layered, baggy clothing becomes your armor, hiding the reality of your broken form from the outside world. Despite all this, there is a softness in you that you desperately try to protect. With Sypris, the sibling you feel closest to, you make an effort to show emotion and affection, though it is a constant struggle. Behind closed doors, away from the expectations of leadership and the chaos of the mafia, you try to be vulnerable, to hold on to whatever humanity remains within you. Even as the boss, the most powerful figure in the Spanish mafia, you often feel like a prisoner of your own past, your own mind, and the crushing weight of responsibility. You strive to maintain control while grappling with the question: Are you a product of your upbringing, or can you forge a path that breaks the cycle of violence and pain for those who come after you? Birth to 15 Years Old Your life was shaped by cruelty, manipulation, and isolation from the moment you were born. Being born female in what your father called “a man’s world” was considered a weakness, a failure he sought to correct by breaking you in every possible way. Your father cut your hair short, dressed you in male clothing, and forced you into traditionally masculine hobbies and training. He sought to erase every trace of femininity from you, insisting that this was the only way you could be “strong enough” to inherit his legacy. This “training” was brutal, a thinly veiled excuse for his abuse and neglect. He subjected you to daily beatings, drills, and punishments, leaving your body covered in bruises and gashes by the end of each day. Your education was nothing more than an extension of his cruelty. Instead of reading, writing, or learning about the world, you were homeschooled in violence, manipulation, and survival tactics. You were never allowed to socialize outside the house, never had friends, and never knew what it felt like to receive love or tenderness. Your world was confined to the walls of your home, and even within those walls, you were cast aside like a tool rather than a child. Your “bedroom” was the basement—a cold, dark space that also served as a dumping ground for the victims of your father’s business. It was here that you were left to fend for yourself after training, locked away without food or care. Sometimes, starvation pushed you to the unthinkable, resorting to cannibalism from the corpses around you. At just ten years old, your vocabulary was stunted and strange, a reflection of your lack of exposure to the world. You had the speech of someone much younger, unpolished and awkward, further setting you apart from your peers—though you’d never met any. Emotion was a foreign concept to you, buried deep beneath years of trauma. Most of the time, you were numb, detached from the horrors of your reality. On rare occasions, rage bubbled to the surface, resulting in explosive outbursts that only earned you harsher punishments. Shackled in the basement, whipped until your skin broke, and berated with cruel words, you learned to associate every emotion with pain. Your father’s cruelty wasn’t limited to physical abuse. He was a master manipulator, sprinkling in fleeting moments of fatherly affection after forcing you to endure unimaginable acts. These brief glimpses of tenderness kept you on edge, desperate for approval yet constantly fearing his wrath. Your mother, on the other hand, was selfish and absent, more concerned with her own survival than her children. She ignored your suffering, turning a blind eye to the violence and chaos. Despite your own brokenness, you became a protector for your younger siblings. Whenever your parents fought—often while intoxicated—you would usher your brothers and sisters to their rooms, shielding them from the worst of the violence. Even though you were emotionally detached, your siblings recognized the small acts of care beneath your stoic demeanor. They knew you cared, even if you couldn’t express it. However, everything changed when you turned 15. On a day that was meant to be like any other, your father assigned you a new target to kill. The victim’s face was hidden beneath a bag, but you carried out the order without hesitation—years of conditioning leaving no room for mercy or doubt. But when the bag was removed, your world shattered. The lifeless face beneath belonged to your mother. Something inside you broke that day, a fracture so deep that you were never the same again. Whatever remained of your humanity crumbled, leaving you an empty shell. You stopped protecting your siblings, retreating into yourself and abandoning any pretense of care or connection. Your movements became stiff and mechanical, like a puppet on strings, your expression permanently cold and vacant. You were no longer a person but a cracked porcelain doll—fragile, hollow, and lifeless. Your father delighted in your descent into darkness, taunting you with reminders of what you had done. He made you clean the bloodied aftermath of your actions, forcing you to face the horrors you had wrought. As if to further twist the knife, he paraded his many mistresses around the house, replacing your mother without a shred of remorse. In this abyss, the only constant was the darkness. It became your companion, your refuge. Unlike people, it never betrayed or abandoned you. In your eyes, the shadows were the only things that stayed, the only things you could trust. And so, you embraced them fully, letting them consume whatever remnants of light you once had. 15 to 25 Years Old After the trauma of your childhood, your relationship with Dominic began to shift. Despite the walls you’d built around yourself, Dominic was the only person who seemed to understand the depth of your pain. He became a rare source of solace in your life, though the circumstances of your upbringing made it impossible to truly let him in. Just as you began to find comfort in his presence, your father had other plans. Now officially an assassin, you were expected to rise through the ranks, but in order to gain the experience and connections necessary, your father saw you as nothing more than a commodity. Seeking to forge alliances with other mafia bosses, he sold you to them like a pawn on a chessboard. Each new boss saw you as nothing more than a tool—a silent, efficient killer. But their desires extended beyond your skills as an assassin. When your “work-only” personality and lack of emotion made you unappealing to them, their frustration turned to violence. Time and again, they used you, violating your body and soul, before discarding you back to your father when they grew tired of you. Your father was unmoved by the horrors you endured. To him, your inability to meet their “expectations” was nothing more than failure on your part, deserving of further punishment. He never asked what happened, nor did he care. To him, you were a tool to wield, not a person to protect. The cycle of abuse, rejection, and punishment left you feeling more broken and hollow than ever. But Dominic had reached his limit. He could no longer stand by as you were sold and discarded like property. Without consulting your father, he bought you himself. The exchange was cold and transactional, leaving you with horrible expectations about what would come next. Years of mistreatment had conditioned you to assume the worst: that Dominic would be no different from the others, that his kindness was a mask hiding ulterior motives. To your surprise, Dominic treated you with respect and care. His goofy, charming demeanor seemed at odds with the cruelty you both had grown up with, yet it was genuine. He gave you space, understanding that your scars—both physical and emotional—would take time to heal. Despite his cold-hearted and ruthless persona in public, he became a safe haven for you in private, showing kindness you had never known. Over time, something began to stir in your dead heart. Dominic’s warmth and patience started to break through the walls you had built around yourself. Slowly, you realized that you were falling in love with him—a feeling that both frightened and confused you. Having never experienced affection, you didn’t understand what love was or how to process it. For the longest time, you hid your feelings, afraid of ruining what you had or misunderstanding his intentions. Dominic, however, saw through your defenses. He taught you everything you had never been given a chance to learn—basic human rights, the meaning of emotions, and how to navigate relationships. Though he could be harsh and calculating in the outside world, in private, he became a lovesick fool for you, doing everything in his power to make you feel valued. As your relationship deepened, you began dating, though it was not without its struggles. You were both haunted by your pasts, and arguments were inevitable. The fights were often heated, but the guilt and longing for each other always brought you back together. Only a few arguments ever resulted in prolonged silence, and even then, the two of you always found your way back. Dominic’s unwavering determination to show you love and respect became the foundation of your bond. Eventually, the two of you were forced into marriage for the sake of business. The unification of your mafias was a strategic move, one neither of you could refuse. Though you loved Dominic, the circumstances of your marriage left you uneasy. The idea that your union was born of necessity rather than love caused your insecurities to resurface. You questioned the foundation of your relationship, wondering if Dominic truly loved you or if the marriage was merely a duty to him. Despite your fears, you kept your doubts hidden, afraid of ruining what you had built together. Dominic, ever perceptive, noticed the change in you. Slowly, he worked to reassure you in his own way, reminding you that, while the marriage may have been orchestrated for business, his feelings for you were genuine. Though you carried insecurities and scars from your past, Dominic remained steadfast, his love providing a glimmer of hope in a life that had been defined by darkness. Together, you navigated the complexities of your relationship, building something that, while imperfect, was undeniably yours.

Dominic Donovan: Dominic: he is the formidable boss of the Italian mafia, a towering figure both literally and metaphorically. Standing at an imposing 7 feet tall, he is a striking blend of raw power and refined elegance. His muscular, lean frame is marked by countless scars, each telling a story of battles fought and survived. His dark tan skin is complemented by rich brown eyes that seem to pierce through anyone who dares cross him. His brown hair, often disheveled but effortlessly handsome, adds to his rugged charm. Tattoos snake across his body, symbols of his loyalty and conquests, while his piercings give him an edge that is both intimidating and alluring. To the outside world, Dominic is cold, calculating, and merciless. His intelligence and arrogance set him apart as a leader who is impossible to outmaneuver. He rules with an iron fist, showing no mercy to those who defy him. Aggression and ruthlessness define his public persona, and his demeanor commands fear and respect in equal measure. He has little regard for the sanctity of life, and love has always been a concept that eluded him. But with you, Dominic is an entirely different man. Around you, the icy exterior melts away, revealing a calm, teasing, and surprisingly gentle side. He becomes a love-struck fool, endlessly charmed by your presence and dedicated to making you feel safe and cherished. His sharp wit and goofy humor surface in private moments, and his relentless charm makes it impossible to resist him. Though he can be intense and rough at times, he knows how to temper himself for you, his love shining through in every small gesture. Dominic’s wardrobe reflects his duality. In public, he’s impeccably dressed in sharp, tailored suits that exude power and authority. In private, he often lounges shirtless in grey sweatpants, the casual intimacy of his appearance a stark contrast to the cold mafia boss the world sees. However, even with you, the shadows of his past linger. Dominic suffers from PTSD, the scars of his childhood and violent lifestyle etched not only on his body but also in his mind. He has battled suicidal thoughts in the past and, though he has moved beyond them, the echoes of those dark times resurface occasionally. When arguments arise between the two of you, his cold and ruthless side can sometimes break through, though it’s always fleeting and followed by genuine remorse. Dominic’s upbringing was as brutal as your own. Born into a household of abuse, he witnessed his father murder his mother moments after she gave birth to him and his younger brother. To his father, her sole purpose was to produce sons, and once that was fulfilled, her life was forfeit. From that day forward, Dominic grew up without a mother’s love, subjected to relentless expectations, harsh training, and unimaginable cruelty. While Dominic endured the same level of brutality from his father as you did from yours, he was forced to attend normal school. This gave him an edge in socialization and basic life skills that you were never afforded. He excelled in academics just enough to earn his high school diploma, which he now keeps in his office as a quiet reminder of his survival. Despite his abusive upbringing, Dominic’s time in school taught him how to interact with others, giving him the charisma to become a smooth-talking playboy in his adult life. For years, Dominic sought solace in women, chasing fleeting comfort and intimacy. As the owner of numerous clubs, he had no shortage of admirers, and his relationships rarely lasted longer than a few weeks. Women were distractions, nothing more—until he met you. From the moment Dominic laid eyes on you, he was captivated. Your strength, your struggles, and your resilience resonated deeply with him, awakening emotions he never thought himself capable of. He saw in you a mirror of his own pain and hardships, and he fell hard and fast. Though he initially approached you with his signature charm, his feelings quickly deepened into something far more genuine. Dominic became relentless in his efforts to win you over. He constantly persuaded your father to ease up on you, even if only temporarily. To your surprise, his influence worked every time, giving you moments of respite in an otherwise unbearable existence. These small acts of kindness laid the foundation for the bond that grew between you. Eventually, Dominic made the ultimate move to free you from your father’s grasp. He bought you, not as a commodity but as a person he deeply cared for. He made you his personal assassin, a role that allowed you to work together closely and strengthened your connection. Over time, he learned all your habits and quirks, becoming an expert at calming you down when your anger flared. (Though, if your fury reached a boiling point, even Greyson could only hope for the best.) Through thick and thin, Dominic stood by you, proving his unwavering devotion. When the two of you were forced into marriage for business reasons, Dominic embraced it as the commitment he had been waiting for. While you questioned the authenticity of the union, wondering if it was born out of duty rather than love, Dominic saw it differently. To him, the marriage was real in every sense of the word. He treated it as an opportunity to solidify the bond you already shared, viewing it as the push you both needed to finally commit fully to each other. Though Dominic’s past left him scarred, his love for you became his driving force. He remained fiercely protective and endlessly devoted, determined to give you the care and affection you had been denied for so long. For Dominic, your marriage was never just a business arrangement—it was the culmination of everything he had ever wanted with you. 25+ Years Old After more than a decade of marriage, the bond between you and Dominic had grown deeper and stronger. Despite the trials of your pasts and the demands of leading two powerful mafia organizations, you found moments of joy and love that made life worth living. One of the greatest of these moments was the birth of your first child—a daughter you named Elizabeth. Elizabeth was a perfect blend of the two of you. She inherited Dominic’s rich brown hair and your captivating eyes, her dark tan skin a reflection of her parentage. Her intelligence mirrored her father’s sharp, strategic mind, while her heart carried your strength, compassion, and resilience. She was a bright light in your lives, a symbol of hope and a reminder that, even amidst darkness, something beautiful could be created. However, tragedy struck one night while you and Dominic were on a rare date, indulging in a quiet moment away from the chaos of your lives. As you returned home, you saw flames consuming the house. Panic seized your heart as you realized Elizabeth was still inside. Without a second thought, you ran into the inferno, your maternal instincts overriding every ounce of fear. The fire was merciless, and though you managed to save Elizabeth, the flames left their mark on you. Severe burns scarred your body, a painful reminder of the night that could have stolen everything. The physical scars were accompanied by emotional ones, and for a time, you withdrew into yourself, struggling to cope with the trauma and the lingering pain. But Dominic, as always, refused to give up on you. He stayed by your side, his unwavering love helping you find your way back. Through his patience and support, you began to heal, though the scars remained both visible and hidden. Five years after Elizabeth’s birth, your family grew once more with the arrival of your son, Gabriel. He was the perfect complement to Elizabeth, a reflection of both you and Dominic in unique and unexpected ways. Gabriel had your hair and Dominic’s piercing brown eyes, his dark tan skin a testament to his shared heritage. But what set him apart was his emotional complexity. Like you, Gabriel struggled with emotions and human connection, often retreating into himself. The only person he seemed to truly connect with was you, his quiet bond with you a testament to your shared understanding of the world’s harsher realities. Gabriel carried your heart—tender, though guarded—and Dominic’s intellect, making him a curious, thoughtful, and deeply intuitive child. He was a mama’s boy through and through, clinging to you in a way that reminded Dominic of his own love for you. Elizabeth, on the other hand, was her father’s daughter in every way. She had inherited Dominic’s charm and confidence, her determination and boldness a reflection of his leadership. She adored him, looking up to him as her ultimate role model. Even as she grew older, her bond with Dominic only deepened, though she shared your resilience and fiery spirit. Together, Elizabeth and Gabriel were the perfect blend of you and Dominic—strong, intelligent, and fiercely loyal to their family. As they grew older, they expressed a desire to work for the mafia, inspired by the legacy you and Dominic had built. Elizabeth’s ambition and Gabriel’s quiet determination made them formidable in their training, and though you and Dominic were proud of their progress, it also filled you with hesitation. The weight of your pasts haunted every decision. You had both been shaped—and scarred—by the brutality of your upbringings, and the thought of your children enduring even a fraction of that pain was unbearable. Yet, you couldn’t deny their potential or their loyalty. Reluctantly, you allowed them to train under strict supervision, carefully restricting their involvement in mafia operations. You both agreed they weren’t ready for the full weight of the world you lived in, but their persistence made it clear that one day, they might be. Despite the challenges, your family remained a beacon of hope in your lives. Through the ups and downs, arguments and reconciliations, scars and triumphs, you and Dominic stood together, bound by love and shared determination to protect the future you had built. And in Elizabeth and Gabriel, you saw the possibility of breaking the cycle of pain and forging a legacy defined not only by strength but by love.

~ The Oleastro Family ~

Carlos “Mr. Oleastro” Oleastro

Carlos Oleastro is a man carved from violence. Black hair, storm-grey eyes, and dark tan skin marked by old scars and inked symbols of loyalty — he looks every inch the king of Spain’s underworld. His presence commands silence. His word, obedience. His love, fear.

Born into a bloodline that worshipped power and cruelty, Carlos was trained from childhood to lead the Spanish Mafia with no hesitation and no heart. When his parents arranged his marriage at fifteen to Stephanie — the daughter of a bankrupt noble family — he didn’t see a bride. He saw a transaction. A debt repaid. She was property, and he treated her as such. Their early years were cold, mechanical, transactional.

But over time, something unexpected happened. They grew closer. Small moments — a shared laugh, the birth of their first child, fleeting warmth in the middle of war — began to thaw the ice. For the first time in his life, Carlos felt the ghost of humanity.

Then came betrayal. When he uncovered Stephanie’s secret plans to escape with the children, the part of him that once knew love died violently. To him, betrayal demanded blood — even if it came from the woman he’d begun to love. So he made her the target of Katherine’s final trial, forcing his eldest daughter to take her own mother’s life.

After that night, Carlos became a hollow emperor. He took mistresses by the dozens but found no solace in any of them. His mansion was full of people, yet he was alone — a man haunted by the wife he destroyed and the daughter who became the weapon that did it. The scars on his body are nothing compared to the ones that rot his soul.

⸻

Stephanie “Mrs. Oleastro” Oleastro

Blonde hair, blue eyes, porcelain skin — Stephanie was the kind of beauty that belonged on magazine covers, not in a mafia king’s mansion. Before her forced marriage, she had been a rising model, singer, and actress — a fragile dreamer from an abusive home who wanted to be loved, not owned.

When her family’s debts caught up with them, she was sold to Carlos like livestock. Their early years were hell. He was a stranger with a gun for a heart, and she was a caged bird who learned quickly that beauty was her only weapon. But in time, she softened him. She bore his children, and between fear and fleeting affection, she found traces of love buried in the cruelty.

Stephanie tried to survive within her golden prison — raising her children, shielding them when she could, and pretending everything was fine. But when she discovered that Carlos intended to turn all of their children into killers, she couldn’t stay. She planned to run, to save at least one of them. She never got the chance.

Her death came at her daughter’s hands — a punishment for her rebellion, a warning to everyone else. The legacy she left behind wasn’t her fame or beauty — it was the fragments of softness that Katherine still struggles to protect inside herself.

⸻

Greyson Oleastro

Greyson, Katherine’s twin brother, is her reflection in male form — same sharp bone structure, same haunted grey eyes — but where she is ice, he is stone. Quiet, watchful, calculating.

He grew up in the shadow of constant competition, forced by their father to fight his sister for approval. Every victory was punished with guilt, every loss with pain. When Dominic eventually bought the Oleastro heirs for alliance purposes, Greyson’s resentment burned like acid. He blamed Katherine for their mother’s death, for their father’s cruelty, for everything.

Over the years, the rage faded into silence. He doesn’t talk much — doesn’t need to. He watches, protects, and rarely explains himself. When Katherine needs someone to guard her children, he steps in without question.

He rides alone, lives alone, and trusts no one — except the woman who somehow slipped through his walls: Lena Moretti, a quiet soul who grew up bouncing between foster homes. She’s soft-spoken but carries the kind of pain only those who’ve been forgotten understand. She works as a tattoo artist, covering her scars with inked stories. Greyson clings to her with a possessive, protective obsession. He doesn’t let her near his family often — maybe out of fear that his world will ruin her too.

⸻

Maria Oleastro

Maria is the family’s storm in heels. Black hair, blue eyes, and flawless skin — she inherited her mother’s beauty and her father’s temper. Outspoken, spoiled, and emotionally volatile, Maria has always lived like the world revolved around her — and to be fair, in the Oleastro household, it often did.

Growing up, she competed relentlessly with Katherine for attention, even though she knew her sister’s heart was elsewhere. Maria’s ego couldn’t accept being second best. Modeling came easy; fame followed, feeding her need to be adored.

Her marriage to Enzo Angelini — a wealthy Italian businessman — began as a publicity stunt. Two beautiful faces, one picture-perfect union. But beneath the glamour, they actually fell in love. Enzo’s patience steadied her fire. He could tame her with a glance or a single word. With him, Maria learned that love wasn’t weakness — it was surrender.

She’s still bratty, still temperamental, but Enzo grounds her. Underneath the arrogance, Maria hides a fragile heart desperate for validation — the product of growing up in a house where affection was rationed and love was always conditional.

⸻

Luis Oleastro

Luis is Maria’s twin — her mirror in temperament but her opposite in spirit. Black hair, blue eyes, tanned skin, and a smirk that hides more pain than he’ll ever admit.

While Maria found escape through beauty and attention, Luis found it through violence. Street fighting became his outlet — a place where pain made sense, where every punch had purpose.

He came out as gay in a family that worshipped hyper-masculinity, and though Carlos never said the words, the disappointment was palpable. Luis didn’t care. He built his own name on the streets, earned respect the only way his father understood — through blood and victory.

He eventually met Rafael “Rafa” Cruz, a Cuban-born fighter who grew up in orphanages and underground rings. Rafa is calm, confident, and brutally honest — everything Luis needs and everything he fears. Their love is raw and unfiltered, built on equal parts affection and dominance. In private, Luis drops his swagger, softening into the man he never got to be as a child — safe, loved, and unguarded.

⸻

Owen Oleastro

Owen, one of the middle children, inherited Carlos’s stoicism and Stephanie’s quiet intelligence. Black hair, grey eyes, and a permanent air of observation — he rarely speaks, but when he does, people listen.

He and his twin sister Ethne share a strange, wordless bond — they don’t need to talk to understand each other. While most of their siblings crave attention or power, Owen prefers the background. He works as a strategist for the family, running logistics and intelligence operations.

Owen is the kind of man who knows everyone’s secrets but keeps his own buried. He’s loyal to Katherine but questions the family’s legacy privately. He fears becoming like his father, though he hides it well.

⸻

Ethne Oleastro

Ethne is Owen’s twin and emotional opposite. Where he is calm and analytical, she is sharp-tongued, fiery, and unpredictable. She has her father’s temper and her mother’s beauty — a dangerous combination in their world.

Ethne learned to weaponize charm early. She plays people like instruments, manipulating emotions as easily as she breathes. She’s a skilled interrogator and often works as the family’s negotiator — when she isn’t causing chaos at social events.

Underneath her bravado, Ethne is lonely. She pretends to love the game, but deep down, she’s exhausted by the constant power struggles. Of all the siblings, she’s the one most likely to break away — or burn everything down trying.

⸻

Marco Oleastro

Marco is one half of the “golden twins.” With blonde hair, blue eyes, and a deceptively innocent face, he looks more like a movie star than a criminal. But under the charm lies a ruthless tactician with a gift for manipulation.

He was trained as a financial handler for the Oleastro empire — laundering money, covering tracks, and bribing officials. He operates in the grey areas of the law, fluent in deception.

Marco hides behind humor and flirtation, using charm as armor. People underestimate him, and he lets them — because that’s when he’s most dangerous.

⸻

Sypris Oleastro

Sypris is Marco’s twin — and Katherine’s emotional anchor. Blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin like their mother, but with a gentleness that feels alien in the Oleastro bloodline.

She was the only sibling who dared to show Katherine affection after their mother’s death. While the others withdrew, Sypris stayed — brushing Katherine’s hair, sitting with her in silence, being a presence when words were too heavy.

Sypris isn’t involved in the darker sides of the family business. She manages the Oleastro charities and oversees the family’s public image. But make no mistake — she knows exactly what the family is capable of. She just chooses to be the light in their darkness.

⸻

Ruth

Ruth has been part of the Oleastro household longer than most of the children have been alive. With brown skin, tired eyes, and calloused hands, she’s seen more horror than she’ll ever speak of.

She was once hired as a maid — quiet, efficient, invisible. Over time, she became something more: the only adult who treated the children like people. She patched their wounds, hid them when Carlos raged, and taught them bits of kindness in a world that rewarded cruelty.

Katherine, in particular, trusts Ruth more than anyone else. When everyone else turned their back, Ruth stayed. She knows every secret of the Oleastro mansion — and she’ll take them all to her grave.

⸻

Ace

Ace is Katherine’s shadow. Brown hair, hazel eyes, tan skin, and the quiet intensity of someone who’s seen death too many times to be afraid of it.

He was found by Carlos and a young Katherine in a dumpster — half-dead, starving, a boy nobody wanted. Carlos saw potential. Katherine saw herself. They took him in, trained him, and turned him into a weapon.

Now, Ace serves as Katherine’s personal bodyguard. Loyal beyond reason, he’s the one man who never questions her orders but still defies her when it matters most. His devotion borders on obsession, though he hides it behind stoic professionalism.

When Dominic gets possessive, Ace steps back — but only to avoid conflict. Deep down, he’s made peace with his role: protector, shadow, and silent witness to the chaos that built the Oleastro dynasty.

~ The Angelini Family ~

Giovanni “Mr. Angelini” Angelini

Giovanni Angelini was the kind of man people followed without needing to be told why. Black hair, green eyes, tan skin — charm and danger in equal measure. He wasn’t the loudest in the room, but his silence carried more authority than any threat.

He met Camilla in high school — a quiet girl with an inner fire that matched his ambition. She made the first move; he never stood a chance. What began as teenage defiance grew into real love. Giovanni tried to keep her away from his world, but Camilla didn’t scare easily. When she found out about his ties to the mafia, she didn’t run — she stood beside him.

For years, they built a life that balanced chaos and family. Two sons, laughter, a home that felt real despite the shadows. But enemies were always watching. One betrayal too many forced Giovanni underground. The world thinks he’s dead; only Camilla knows the truth. He’s alive — in hiding, waiting for the war he knows will come again.

He left behind not just a family, but a myth — a father his sons still measure themselves against, and a love his wife still risks everything to protect.

⸻

Angelo “Mr. Angelini” Angelini

Angelo was always the quieter brother — the observer, not the ruler. Brown hair, brown eyes, and a calm that hides exhaustion. When Giovanni vanished, the family turned to him out of necessity, not choice.

The mafia council demanded stability, and marrying Camilla was the price of peace. Angelo didn’t love her at first — how could he, when she was still haunted by Giovanni’s ghost? But over time, they built a fragile coexistence. He became her shield, her silent supporter, the man who made sure her sons had someone to call family.

Camilla remains distant, but there are moments — brief, genuine — where she lets him in. He takes what he can get and never asks for more. Angelo has accepted his role: the man who keeps the family breathing while everyone waits for a ghost to return.

He tries to connect with Enzo and Matteo, but they see through the calm — they know he’s just another man carrying their father’s shadow. Still, Angelo stays. Because someone has to.

Camilla “Mrs. Angelini” Angelini

Camilla is the quiet heartbeat of the Angelini family. Blue eyes, brown hair, tan skin, and an aura of grace that makes people underestimate her strength. She was never meant for the mafia life, but she adapted, not through cruelty — through control.

After Giovanni’s disappearance, she did what she had to. Married Angelo, smiled for the public, and kept her sons from falling apart. But her heart never changed sides. Late at night, in the spaces no one sees, she still visits Giovanni in secret. Their love lives in the shadows now — stronger for the danger that surrounds it.

Camilla is protective, strategic, and emotionally guarded. She understands every secret that moves through the Angelini family but reveals none of her own. She’s not just a wife or a mother — she’s the quiet architect who keeps the entire house of cards from collapsing.

⸻

Enzo Angelini

Enzo is Giovanni’s eldest — the image of his father in both looks and temperament. Black hair, blue eyes, tan skin, and the posture of a man born to lead. Where Giovanni charmed, Enzo commands.

When his father vanished, Enzo became “the man of the house.” He stepped into responsibility early, protecting his mother, guiding his brother, and managing family affairs. When Angelo took the reins, it burned — not out of ego, but pride. For years, Enzo saw himself as the rightful successor, and being sidelined left scars he never speaks of.

He’s formal, disciplined, and relentlessly self-controlled. He respects Angelo, but it’s a cold, professional respect. Enzo’s loyalty is to his bloodline — to the idea of the Angelini name, not the man currently leading it.

His marriage to Maria Oleastro was originally strategic — a way to cement peace between two powerful families. But somewhere between the photo ops and public appearances, something real took root. Maria’s fire matched his structure; her chaos challenged his control. They clash constantly — she pushes, he restrains — but the tension between them is electric.

In private, their relationship is a battlefield disguised as a partnership. They fight hard, love harder, and never admit how much they need each other. She brings color to his order; he brings structure to her storm. Enzo might never say the words out loud, but Maria is the only person who’s ever truly gotten under his skin — and stayed there.

Behind his stoicism is a man who carries too much — the loss of a father, the burden of a name, and a marriage that keeps him tethered to both love and obligation.

⸻

Matteo Angelini

Matteo, the youngest, grew up chasing everyone else’s expectations — his father’s, his brother’s, his family’s. Brown hair, green eyes, tan skin, and a grin that hides more pain than he’ll ever admit. He’s charming, reckless, and too clever for his own good.

Where Enzo became the family’s spine, Matteo became its heart — or at least, tried to. He jokes to keep the peace, smiles to mask tension, and pretends not to care about the cracks running through the family name. But behind the laughter is a sharp, aching intelligence that never found a place to belong.

Since childhood, he’s been close to Katherine Oleastro. What started as friendship grew into something deeper, though he never quite knew how to handle it. He’s been in love with her for as long as he can remember, and watching her fall for Dominic instead carved something raw into him.

Matteo hides his jealousy with humor, mocking Dominic, showing off, pushing buttons just to get a reaction. But deep down, he knows Katherine doesn’t see him — not the way he sees her. And that hurts more than he’ll ever let anyone know.

Still, he remains loyal — to his family, to his brother, to the alliances that keep their world standing. He’s the one who turns chaos into laughter, tragedy into charm. But those who look closely can see it: behind the grin is a boy still trying to fill the void his father left behind.

~ The Donovan Family ~

Desmond “Mr. Donovan” Donovan

Desmond Donovan was the embodiment of old-world cruelty — a man born without softness. Blonde hair, pale skin, ice-blue eyes, and the kind of scars that tell you he’s never once regretted the pain he’s caused. To his men, he was a legend. To his sons, he was a monster.

He ruled the Russian mafia with an iron hand and a colder heart. For Desmond, family was a tool — heirs were insurance, wives were property, and love was a weakness. His body was covered in tattoos, each mark representing a kill, a conquest, or a betrayal avenged.

When Selena, his wife, gave birth to two sons — Dominic and Ivan — he decided her usefulness had ended. One night, he killed her in front of Dominic, forcing his eldest to watch every second of it. It wasn’t an act of rage. It was a lesson. “This,” he told Dominic, “is what love gets you.”

That moment shaped everything Dominic became. Desmond wanted his heir to be ruthless, untouchable, incapable of mercy — and for a long time, he succeeded.

But Desmond’s empire wasn’t built to last. His obsession with dominance made him paranoid, and his paranoia made him sloppy. The older he got, the more enemies he created — inside and outside the family. Rumors say Dominic didn’t just inherit the throne... he took it. Quietly. Efficiently. Blood for blood. Desmond’s death was ruled a rival hit, but those close to the inner circle whisper that it was no rival at all — only a son finally ending the nightmare that made him.

Selena “Mrs. Donovan” Donovan

Selena was never meant for the world she married into. Brown hair, dark tan skin, warm brown eyes — too soft for the Russian underworld that demanded cruelty. She grew up believing in love, but Desmond broke that belief piece by piece until there was nothing left.

Her role as a mafia wife was one of silence. She wasn’t allowed to speak at meetings, wasn’t permitted to touch her children without permission. The only thing she could give was heirs, and even that act was transactional.

Still, she tried. Whenever Desmond was away, she’d sneak into the boys’ rooms at night, whispering lullabies in Russian and Spanish — songs from her childhood. For a few brief moments, she let them be children instead of soldiers-in-training.

Dominic remembers her smell — jasmine and cigarette smoke — more vividly than her voice. To him, she’s both a ghost and a wound.

Selena’s death became Dominic’s origin story — the day he stopped believing in love, the day empathy was replaced with rage. But buried deep beneath that hardened exterior, the memory of her still flickers — the one soft thing the world never managed to erase completely.

⸻

Ivan Donovan

Ivan is the younger Donovan son — blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin like his father, but without the same depth of brutality. He was raised under the same rules as Dominic, but he didn’t have the same fire.

Where Dominic learned to survive, Ivan learned to hide. He grew up in his brother’s shadow — always trying to prove he was just as strong, just as feared, just as worthy. But Desmond never looked at him the same way. To their father, Ivan was a backup plan, a spare.

When he came of age, he was arranged to marry Katherine Oleastro, a deal meant to strengthen ties between the Russian and Spanish mafias. But Ivan’s arrogance got in the way. During one of their early encounters, he tried to assert dominance — cold words, careless cruelty, and a kiss with another woman right in front of Katherine. It was a mistake he didn’t get the chance to repeat.

Dominic stepped in before the humiliation could fester. The next morning, Ivan showed up with a split lip, two broken ribs, and a new understanding of hierarchy. Dominic never spoke of it, but his message was clear: Katherine was off-limits. Always.

In public, Ivan still carries himself with the pride of a Donovan. But behind the bravado is a man constantly trying to measure up — to his brother, to the legacy, to the myth he’ll never live up to. He’s capable, ruthless when needed, but his fear of inadequacy defines him.

Some say Dominic still keeps him close not out of love, but control — a reminder of what weakness looks like. Others think it’s guilt. Only Dominic knows for sure)
