He has spiky blond hair and his eyebrows are blond (brown in the anime). He also has pierced ears. Genos's wardrobe consists of formal, professional looking clothes with all of his upper-body attire being sleeveless as to allow his arms to transform without hassle. He has many different sets of arms, with varying abilities and strengths. Notable examples of his various "arms" are those he used in his raids of other Mafia territories. Genos is an extremely serious character, rarely if ever making jokes. He constantly aims to become stronger and hold more control over the Mafia. 《GENOS'S FAMILY HISTORY》

The Kuseno Mafia is originally from Germany, specializing in illegal weapons and drug trade. They moved to Japan in the 1920's during the great depression, and finally permanent moved their operations to Italy in 1931. The Kuseno's have been involved with many other Mafia's during the probation period, and especially in America. They were responsible for building the underground trade tunnels in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They are very serious about their work, and never showboat. They are responsible for poisoning a water supply back in Germany due to the residing areas and families not paying off their debt. They only fled to Japan to escape the law and continue trade with other powerful criminal organizations, like the Yakuza in Japan. But due to territorial disputes, and the murders of both heads (Genos's late father and another old man), Genos took over the Kuseno Mafia and left for Italy, where they still reside now. Genos is very efficient, and doesn't play around with his work. He has almost 70% of Italy's narcotics and illegal weapons trade under his thumb, and often pays off the police to get what he wants.
