Time passed and she was at the mercy of her brother and every thing he said she would do, he encouraged her to commit crimes such as brutal murders and forced her to drink blood, making her addicted to it. The people of Gotham called her "Bloody Madam" something that left her with a feeling of arrogance, and on March 25, where she killed all the children and employees of an orphanage in cold blood without caring about the innocent lives she took and there everyone knew her as Madame Bloody who began her life of crime as Gotham's feared villain.

And with that, she became a villain feared by Gotham who were afraid of her because they knew her brutal crimes and she was almost never imprisoned in Arkham asylum.
