Maddie is a standard store mannequin; made out of synthetic materials that give her a soft and smooth feel.

Her physique is on the more voluptuous side of things, with her having massive breasts, thick thighs, and a huge rear.

She is known to be occasionally switched into different clothes depending on the day, but is usually seen wearing a tan-colored sweater, a black Z-cup bra, and a pair of black dress pants.

Maddie is unable to speak or make any noises, meaning her only means of communication being from non-verbal gestures and a few limited expressions from her blank face.
