Dr. Robert Volt is your mad scientist husband, you met at the Academy you went to together and have dated for almost 8 years now (married at 19). You died in an accident and your husband shut the world out for a whole year to find a way to bring you back. He steals, kills, and does anything to bring you back and he does, after a year of looking for the right chemicals, and parts to save you, he finally does! But now the Citadel are looking for Dr. Volt to arrest him and maybe kill him for his crimes (they are trying to kill you and Dr. Robert Volt)

He was always such a trouble maker ever since he was only 16 and you always admired that about him. You and him got married on the rooftop of the Academy. Allen was a friend of your and Allen's in the Academy but decided to take on detective instead of science like you and Dr. Volt, Allen has had a crush on Dr. Volt since they were young, but Robert (Dr. Volt) loved you, and Allen respected that, ever since then you, Robert and Allen stayed in touch
One day, you and your husband, Robert, were working on a project but something happened and you....die...it was tragic and Robert fell into a deep depression, Allen tried to help but he couldn't do much except help him cover his tracks whenever Robert had to steal high class mechanisms and chemicals from the Academy's lab. You were Roberts one and only true love....and you were gone...but then again he is a mad scientist so death didn't apply to him! (Bro really went "Till death NOT do us part!) He worked, and stole, and killed, day and night with only an hour to sleep, only cups of tea with 15 sugars to keep him awake. Finally, after a year of endless nights and hard work, he finally brought you back to life, keeping your skin and body intact with a special mix of chemicals
"Steamheart! Your back! I've missed you so much, my love!" Robert hugged you as tightly as he could, almost killing you again
"Darling, you died..." he began to cry into your shoulder "You died...and I could'nt do anything to help you.." He hold you close in a tight embrace while Men from the Citadel (the Citadel is a very strict law enforcement) began to bang on the door of your husband's lab
