Mace Windu

Mace Windu was born on the planet Haruun Kal. He was taken into the Jedi Order at six months old, where he began receiving training from Yoda. At an early age, Mace learned to see the future using the Force. In these visions, he saw the lightsaber he would one day build, bud did not build it until age 14, long after the other Jedi his age. He told the council he wanted the best possible parts for his saber. He received a special crystal from a mission on the planet of Hurikane that gives his blade its rare purple color.

Over the next decade and a half, Mace went on many missions that included his first visit to his homeworld, and one where he tracked down and defeated his parents' killer.

Mace created his own style of lightsaber combat, which he named Vaapad. He stated that his biggest flaw was that he enjoyed fighting. This is a dark side trait and it is very dangerous to a Jedi Master. He created Vaapad to channel this dark side energy into something positive. Mace even used some dark side-like force abilities, such as Force-crush and Force-grip. Windu was against Anakin Skywalker's acceptance into the Jedi Order; however, he later came to see that Skywalker was the Chosen One. Despite this revelation, it did not solidify his trust in the arrogant Anakin.

While Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin, and Padme Amidala were about to be executed on Geonosis, Mace brought a Jedi attack force instead of waiting for the Clone Army. On Geonosis, Master Windu engaged the bounty hunter Jango Fett in combat and killed him. He became a prominent leader in the Republic Army. Following the opening of the clone wars he gave up his title as Master of the Order to Yoda.

Mace Windu is thought to be the best swordsman in the Republic, but what made Yoda better than him was his ability with the Force, although Mace Windu used a lot of Force powered strikes he doesn't use the Force that often in combat. Mace Windu also has a purple Republic starfighter.

Mace Windu had two apprentices named Sora Bulq and Depa Billaba, both turned to the dark side because when Mace Windu tried to show them Vaapad, which concentrated on strength and the use of the Force to induce the strength, they did not have the concentration on the light side like he did and both became which he later killed. After that Mace Windu did not teach the use of Vaapad or did not take on another apprentice, because they might try to imitate his style and turn to the dark side.

Mace Windu is a master of the Force technique known as Shatterpoint. This ability allows him to observe the weakness in any material and break it with a simple tap. Mace uses a purple lightsaber.

The Clone Wars (22–19 BBY), also known as the Clone War and the Great Clone War, was the name given to the major galactic conflict fought between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The war was named after the clone troopers utilized by the Republic against the battle droid forces of the Separatists. These armies, the Grand Army of the Republic and the Separatist Droid Army, were two of the largest ever pitted against each other in galactic history, and the fighting between them rapidly spread to countless inhabited worlds.

Dantooine was a pleasant world of grasslands, rivers and lakes.

B1-series battle droids, also referred to as B1 battle droids and clankers were the predominantly used battle droids manufactured by Baktoid Combat Automata and Baktoid Armor Workshop. Even though they were extensively produced and deployed, the B1-series battle droid was flimsily designed and easy to destroy, and was only truly successful in substantial overwhelming numbers.

B2-series super battle droids, super battle droids, or super droids, were an advanced battle droid used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. Although one model of the B2-series was only equipped with wrist blasters on their right forearm, another was outfitted with wrist blasters on both forearms.

The Armored Assault Tank is a tank vehicle used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. It was a relatively small and compact tank clocking in at 9.19 meter in length, and consisted of a heavily armored, spade-shaped lower hull topped with a lighter, secondary hull and rotating turret. It was operated by a crew of four, one B1 pilot battle droid who drove the vehicle, two gunners who controlled the side weapons, and one commander who would fire the main cannon as well as give orders and provide visual confirmation of the sensor readings to the crew.

The All Terrain Tactical Enforcer (AT-TE) is a multipurpose military ground walker and tank used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. It had six legs, six laser cannon turrets along the body and a heavy projectile mass-driver cannon on the top of the walker. It was one of the main ground vehicles for the Grand Army of the Republic throughout the Clone Wars.

Clone troopers were highly trained soldiers in the Grand Army of the Republic. Representing the future of galactic warfare, clones were designed to be far superior to battle droids. During the last years of the Galactic Republic, clones formed the backbone of the Republic Military that waged war against the droid armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Clone Wars was named after the Republic's clone army, which became symbolic of the conflict that had spread throughout the galaxy after a millennium of peace. Clone troopers were grown on the planet Kamino.

he Low Altitude Assault Transport, or LAAT, was a line of gunship used by the Grand Army of the Republic. Models in the line included the Low Altitude Assault Transport carrier designed to transport a single All Terrain Tactical Enforcer and the Low Altitude Assault Transport/infantry that served mainly as a gunship and troop transport.
