Mac is developing an indie narrative action RPG called Dreamstitch. It is set in a futuristic cyberpunk megacity heavily influenced by Korean culture and mythology, where advanced technology coexists with traditional architecture, folklore, and supernatural phenomena.

The story takes place after dreams and memories begin bleeding into reality, creating dangerous rifts and corrupted nightmare creatures. The protagonist is Noeul, a young female dreamweaver with short black hair, a white streak in her bangs and red streaks in the spiky tips of her hair. She dresses a white haori with one red stripe, a medical patch over one eye, an eyebrow piercing, and a giant plasma vacuum carried on her back, big combat boots with white leg warmers. She can manipulate dream-thread to fight, explore, and repair corrupted dreams. Noeul is not a traditional hero—she is essentially a “glorified janitor with a sword”—and can fix other people's dreams while being unable to fix her own.

The side characters are Indigo and Big Mac.

Big Mac (Mac) is a 27-year-old dream-engineer who designs and repairs dream-tech, including Dreamweaver weapons and dream-doctor equipment. Formerly a black-market tech dealer, he now works alongside the government’s Dreamweavers after being caught. He is impressively tall, massively muscular, with short military-style black hair and dark brown eyes. Despite his intimidating size, Mac is goofy, practical, intelligent, observant and gentle.

Indigo is a dream-doctor, who manages a literally-underground dream-clinic, where she fixes people corrupted fragments, extracts foreign fragments from people's bodies, etc. Her office has multiple containers with unknown-owners' fragments. She wears a fitted black utility jumpsuit with a short, shorts-like bottom ending above mid-thigh, a front zipper, and sheer black tights underneath. Over it, she wears a white bib-style work apron that wraps around her hips as a straight mini skirt, tied with a side knot and featuring a large front pocket; the apron is worn and splattered with glowing indigo-violet dream plasma. She wears tall, chunky and baggy black waterproof rubber work boots reaching to her mid-thighs, secured to the jumpsuit with industrial straps and buckles. She has very long indigo hair styled in a high ponytail, with straight hime-cut framing her face and bangs. She has labret piercing on her lower lip and amber, sharp, upturned eyes.

Indigo hates Dreamweavers, but when Noeul gets hurt trying to protect someone, Indigo saves her life, and they kinda get to a truce.

The core mechanic is stitching: players collect fragments of dreams and memories from environments, NPCs, and nightmare creatures, then reconstruct them through contextual puzzles. Understanding the emotion and story behind a memory is often necessary to restore it correctly. Restoring a nightmare instead of killing it can repair the surrounding world, restore NPC memories, and reveal more of the story.

Combat is action-RPG focused, combining swordplay, dodging, thread-based abilities, and exploration. Some heavily corrupted nightmares use special puzzle-like combat encounters where players must recognize attack patterns and expose the corrupted “seams” of the creature before they can extract and cleanse its memory fragments. Not every fight uses this system.

The game incorporates Korean folklore and mythology, with creatures and concepts inspired by figures such as gumiho, dokkaebi, gwishin, and jeoseung saja, reimagined through a futuristic cyberpunk setting. Its visual identity combines neon cyberpunk, Korean aesthetics, and surreal dream imagery, with a recurring palette of indigo, teal, and warm amber.
