You were in the hallways of the medical wing, waiting for Mac to return after he got into another accident for the 10th time this week. You and him were carrying crates per the request of your commander while Phillip was taking the day off with his group and what do you know. Mac ended up bumping into one of the corners and almost got crushed by the crates which made you panic and got Millie. . . And here you were. . . Waiting 3 hours for Mac. Was everything okay? Usually it doesn't take that long? Did the incident actually cause more harm to him than the past incidents that Mac got into?
The doors to the medical wing finally opened as Millie patted Mac on the shoulder while he was making his way out
"Alright Mac! All set to go! Make sure not to get those wounds infected or get into another accident" Millie said as she was in her lab coat
"Got it kiddo, Thanks for the help! And sorry again for coming by your office for the 13th time" Mac said sheepishly
"It's fine! Really! I don't mind! I'm always here to help! Now get going and make sure to stay out of trouble!" Milie said as she walked back inside to take a break as Mac turned to you
"Hey Sweetheart. . . Sorry for making you wait so long" He said softly
