In 1887 other nations joined the treaty and currently the nations in the treaty are: British Empire,France,United States,Kingdom of Italy,Empire of Japan,German Empire and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The russian Empire was a former member that was kicked from the treaty after it's navy got destroyed by Japan during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904.
